I've never seen my window sticker, truck in production. It never pulled up.
I've never seen mine either- last correspondence I had was an email from Ford on Dec 6- saying that my production date moved up from Dec 13 to Dec. 6... crickets since then.
Same for me. Dec 13 build date. Been calling my dealer but they are no help. They told me they can’t see anything more than me.
I finally reached out to Ford on their site using chat and the rep told me it’s in production but they can’t see when it would be finished or delivered or even what plant it’s being built. And they told me to contact my dealer because they would know more. So…. I just have to wait with no idea if or when it will be ready. Extremely frustrating. This is my first brand new vehicle ever and the tracker doesn’t work?! Insane.
This won’t make you feel any better, but for what it’s worth, I ordered mine on 8/16/21. I still do not have the truck and it’s been 4 months exactly. In that 4 months, I’ve never received a single email from Ford in regards to my truck. Not one. On rare occasions the Ford tracker would work, but the information was really limited. The only thing it would ever really say is what the options were that I had chose for the truck. The Mach E tracker is much more detailed, but it’s not been working at all lately. It’s a frustrating process and you’ll probably find yourself completely over it before all is said and done. Luckily for you it seems they are cranking out 22’s twice as fast as they did 21’s. I got an email the day I ordered... and then another four days later saying a build date was scheduled. About a week after that they sent another telling me the build date was bumped up a week. And then the email I got this morning (10 days after the last email) saying it's built... other than that- the tracker has never worked for me and still no window sticker...
No tracking or window sticker for me either. But got confirmation it had shipped- delivery 1/5-1/11….

How do you use the transport tracker? It wants a login and password?I didn't see a thread listing all the various ways to track a vehicle so thought I'd put what I knew of all in one place.

You can also add the vehicle in the FordPass app and see if the "Activate Vehicle" button is there which would indicate it's built (or at least far along in the process of being built).
It's been a couple of months since I was checking it (daily)... no need to login- should be at the top- enter a VIN...
They took away the VIN search function a few weeks ago for some reason.
