Warranty's about up--what to look for?

So the 36-month warranty on my '23 402A expires in August. Are there any problems that are easy to miss that I should look for before the warranty runs out? The only thing I'm aware of is an occasional "clunk"--felt, not heard--when the truck downshifts as I brake at about 30 mph to slow down while approaching a stop sign. How long do you plan to keep it?
Have you considered purchasing a Ford backed ESP?
