You need to check out Tuxmats before you make a decision!!
I’m very happy with them, they fit great and no shifting. I’m in TX so no snow and I haven’t had to deal with wet or muddy shoes but they seemI know you've only had the 3D Maxpider Kagu floor mats for a short time, but how are you liking them so far? Would you recommend them? I am thinking about ordering them and wanted to get a little more input before I pull the trigger. Do they fit well and is there any shifting of them? Do you know if they will work with the fold flat storage under the rear seat? Also if you have a link or part number that you can provide I would greatly appreciate it.
The coverage is remarkable.
I have not tried Huskies yet. I did have WTs on my last truck. I didn't like the stiffness and they way they rolled in on the edges. Did you find they had this issue or did I just get a bad set?I put Huskies in mine (added the little tremor logo in the insets) and I'm pleased with them. They weren't cheap and shipping took almost a month. Had weather techs in my last truck and they were great too. A necessity in Maine.
The new Weather Tech HP are nothing like the old Weather Tech mats. I’ve had/have both. The HP are great. The originals were not very impressive.I have not tried Huskies yet. Ahh. The HPs must be better. The new Weather Tech HP are nothing like the old Weather Tech mats. I’ve had/have both. The HP are great. The originals were not very impressive.
Huge difference. They feel like the new style Husky Xact. I’ve had both in my possession. Fit and feel of the two are very similar. The HP does feel a little thicker/heavier. The main difference is really the tread design in the mat. The HP also doesn’t have the gel domed emblem that you can swap out for the Tremor logo. You are correct, the original Weather Tech mats weren’t worth the price. Had them in my 15 and they curled up and fit terribly.Ahh. The HPs must be better.
Cause the ones I was using kind of sucked. Next time I see some Ill pay attention if they are the HP's.
Good info. Thank you!
Agreed because of the horrible time I had with weather tech in my 17 I went with the husky xact and absolutely love them.Huge difference. They feel like the new style Husky Xact. Where did you get the Tremor logo to add?I put Huskies in mine (added the little tremor logo in the insets) and I'm pleased with them. They weren't cheap and shipping took almost a month. Had weather techs in my last truck and they were great too. A necessity in Maine.
Where did you get the Tremor logo to add?
Same on mine. Disappointing for sure. Have you called them about it? their warrantee is pretty great. For those that went with the Weathertechs, did you have any fitment issues in the passenger side? Mine doesn’t line up with the front door sill/kick plate. I’ve left them inside for days with weights trying to see if it was warped in shipping but no luck. I may try a heat gun tomorrow but it’s like the radius just starts an inch early. Didn’t seem to fit at the base of the turn either. Here’s a photo.
I’m trying to decide between rough country wheel well liners and husky liners. Which one did you go with. Do you like the huskiesThat’s what I ended up ordering. They seem like they will be pretty good. Wish I could’ve seen the Weather Tech HP and the Husky X-Act side by side. I’m guessing they are very similar. Price is basically the same, but the Husky has a better warranty and I wanted the wheel well liners so that made it a pretty easy decision.
