Which Tremor Grill Is better?

I do like the painted side vent & grille strip, very clean looking. Thought about painting the whole grille? Painted surface compared to flat paint look... I promised myself I would never own another black vehicle, but they do look the best when clean. Nonetheless, she looks great.

The side vent is a part from Ford Performance. It comes like that and its plastic. I didn't paint it.
The grill orange strip I did a blacxk vynil and decided gloss to match my color. But if it was another color I would have gone flat black.

Are the later model year grills interchangeable (plug and play) with the 21-23 models? Are there any photos out there with this franken-combo?
