Who else is waiting not so patiently lol

I went past a week from ordering at the dealership (3/9). I found this place to see how things were going for other people...I'm sad now guys. Thanks haha.
 
Maybe us patiently waiting folks can get more tha $50.00 off. I’d like to meet the guy that figured $50.00 was the correct number. Most don’t want it anyway.

Welp….mine showed up to dealer today. BUT it had a small dent in the door from transport. Ugggghhhh

Local small town dealer, who is awesome, has it at the body shop and gonna get it fixed but now I have to wait till after the weekend. I swear the Lord is trying to teach me patience.

Still great news. Hopefully they get it fixed to where you don’t notice.

Depending on the location and paint condition on the dent, are they gonna try painless dent repair first?

I had to have my doors resprayed on my current truck after a technician left them open on the lift posts and rubbed the paint down to the metal. Now almost every door ding chips my resprayed paint.

I have no idea. Small town. I know the dealer well. Body shop is a block from my house and know them too. Nothing against the granger deal, but sometimes it’s worth having someone you trust.

And honestly I’m gonna “truck” it. It’s gonna get some scratches and dings anyway.

I got the same email last night. It would be nice to know what "Features or Options are they talking about. It seems they sent this spam to almost everyone with confirmed orders. The F150 lightning guys are losing their minds over this message on another forum. Misery loves company.
 
Doesn't seem to be any pattern TBH. I did not get one of those yesterday and I've got the 402A with most of the extras except the moonroof.

I’ve seen some people getting a message about losing the active park feature and getting a $365 credit. I don’t think this was for a tremor though.
 
On the explorers and other things they are leaving off certain equipment and giving a discount, then when they get chips they tell you to take to the dealers and they will install that part. No charge

I missed the part about being able to install it later. I did read a news article saying that ford would let you get chips installed later but the email I read did not say anything about being able to activate it at a later date. I understood it as ‘we are giving you back some money and deleting this option’.
