After seeing the grill & tail lights last week I ordered a 2023 402a eco boost before they are gone. Hopefully this means mine will be built before October.

I believe a 402a will have a front end like this:

But I personally prefer the 21-23

They’re going from [ === ] to { === } :LOL:

Okay yeah black painted grille looks better and probably how it will be. Maybe the two middle bars will be orange for Tremor who knows. But this isn't so bad. Think I still prefer the 21-23 look. For now.

With so many missing elements, it's hard to tell the overall look. I'll wait till I see the whole picture before judging.

Unless it’s supercharged you’ll just get a nice view of eco boost tail lights. ;)

Look, no taillights, and my 2001 F-150 Supercrew has over 150,000 miles without a single issue. Not one. In addition, when I mount my wench I don't have to move a turbo. Quit hating on the V8.

Wow — the F150 refresh has come more quickly that I suspected it would. I know recently Ford was hit on a decline in reliability and part of the reason cited was having too many options. Maybe this will coincide with a simplification of trim choices for the consumer — this may also bring down the production costs.

+ Amber Daytime Running Lights: Regarding the new look, it appears that the daytime running lights are now a dash through the headlights in amber — the current Raptor has amber daytime running lights, so this isn’t too big of a shock. Plus I really like the amber color.

- Honeycomb Grill: My first impression of the new honeycomb grill is that it lacks the no nonsense appeal of the current grill — the bold “active orange” stripe through the grill on the current model reminds me of the brim of a stetson hat invoking a feeling of being rugged and durable, I am just not getting that from the photo of the new grill. Perhaps the look will improve once the missing moldings are installed below the bumper. I will hold off on saying Toyota wants their design team back for now, but I am definitely getting that vibe.

- Silver Grill Molding: The silver grill molding trim is definitely loud — hopefully they offer it in black.

- Hood Vents: I am of the opinion that the vents should be functional if you put them on a vehicle — enough said.

I am interested in seeing more — although I definitely like the current model more at this juncture. It may be a bit early for this refresh.

My thoughts also, re Toyota. And re hood vents. Definitely stick with my 22.

Really curious how this bumper actually plays out. I have no desire to sell my 2021 but would seriously consider swapping to this bumper

This will probably be like the modular bumper for the Bronco. The way the fasteners look on all the Raptor mules is the same as that setup.

The bumper might just not "flow" with the current headlights, but if you do aftermarket fogs you likely wouldn't care. I can't see the mounting flange being different, and I'd be dollars the fender shape is exactly the same.

I really hope that bumper will fit on the 22. I really want to add a winch, but current method with intercooler relocation brings the total way past what I want to spend.

We should know pretty soon. Can't be much more than 3 months before production starts.

Interesting little bit of info, if it turns out to be true. Around the 6 minute mark.
