Yup same here.Sweet 6 pound 10 ounce Baby Jesus laying in a manger I’m finally scheduled!
Please reach out to Chip. This should not be the case.I decided to cancel my order. wanted to note that Granger will still keep the deposit even if you haven’t gotten a VIN yet, which I think is kinda lame considering you’re being forced to either remove standard equipment on a 70k truck (which who knows what that’ll do to resale value) or wait until next year.
Regardless, hope the rest of you are able to get your truck as fast as possible![]()
This is correct. We always refund deposits on orders we cannot produce a VIN for in the model year requested. If you cancel after you receive a VIN we will keep the deposit. I hope this clears everything up.Sorry to hear and best of luck in your search.
To offer some clarification, Granger has stated (14th gen forum) that if the vehicle cannot be produced as a 22, you would be entitled to a refund of the deposit (or elect to roll over to 23).
In effect, if the feature ["forced" to be removed] was critical to a buyer, they could refuse to remove and receive a refund if not able to produce as a 22; Granger please correct if this is incorrect.
Not all of us are "adults" with "self-control".Ford tracker shows my truck in final preparation at Granger today! And, I only emailed Chip once after my initial order on 12/6/21...some of ya'll should be embarrassed![]()
I agree with you. It says Place an Order OR take delivery. Not place an order and take delivery. This question may be best answered by @zach@granger but I’d be interested in anyones opinion. Will I be able to use this PCO? Seems like I should since I ordered (way) before 4/4…

Yeah, the gray is if an order was placed prior to the PCO creation date ... does it still count. Most Nov/Dec/Jan orders were placed before the big round of 'high' value PCO'S came out.I agree with you. It says Place an Order OR take delivery. Not place an order and take delivery.
Don’t steal my code bro!You don't need to hide the codeit's tied directly to your name and address... should double check it's the right address or it'll be worthless to you, or so Ford marketing told me.
I've sent all of mine over to chip as they've come in, I've gotten virtually all between 750-3k all 'expired' by now. Thanks marketing team
He's said they'll add it to 'the file' and they'll always check for deals at the time of the transaction.
Curious / would hope these PCO's are accepted. Can see it being a gray area bc technically it's a 3rd party marketing company sending them out.

Devil's advocate, they're to get business in the door, not help those already in.
Lol just giving a hard timeDon’t steal my code bro!

I have an email from Chip (did send 4 emails with questions-that’s less than once per month) where he confirmed that I just needed to have ordered before 4/4/2022.I agree with you. It says Place an Order OR take delivery. Not place an order and take delivery.

Any tricks of getting this round of PCO? Been building trucks weekly on Ford website, signed up for all sorts of promotions, etc but no luck. This question may be best answered by @zach@granger but I’d be interested in anyones opinion.
