I’m still “order processing “-no VIN/no sticker yet.

I emailed Granger and they told me that was the only update they had on my order. Priority code doesn’t get it built faster, just moves you higher in the pecking order at the dealership…at least that’s how I understand it.
Wonder why some people would move up in priority and not others?

Got the same email after asking what exactly was happening.
I did not, still asking me if I want to keep it and wait until MY23 or remove it 🤷‍♂️.

I'd remove it, but if this thing is going to take until October I can't wait that long. Quite the bummer :(

Whelp, still no VIN after 114 days BUT, at least I up to Priority Dos.

Yeah, I chatted with Ford yesterday and got basically what they said before. “I was able to see that your order is currently in the (In Order Processing) which means the order has been entered into the Ford Ordering System. “At this time I'm not seeing a production week assigned to your order.”

That combined with a priority code of 19, and the potential more feature deletes is disappointing.

Your priority code will move up as time goes on. When did you order?

Oh, didn't realize that. I did not inquire about priority status, so 19 was from my sales order. Feb 14th order, so not a long ago as some.

Yeah I think Granger starts us all out at Priority 19 but Ford shifts you as timeline progresses.

I decided to cancel my order :(. wanted to note that Granger will still keep the deposit even if you haven’t gotten a VIN yet, which I think is kinda lame considering you’re being forced to either remove standard equipment on a 70k truck (which who knows what that’ll do to resale value) or wait until next year.

Regardless, hope the rest of you are able to get your truck as fast as possible 🤞

Sorry to hear and best of luck in your search.

To offer some clarification, Granger has stated (14th gen forum) that if the vehicle cannot be produced as a 22, you would be entitled to a refund of the deposit (or elect to roll over to 23).

In effect, if the feature ["forced" to be removed] was critical to a buyer, they could refuse to remove and receive a refund if not able to produce as a 22; Granger please correct if this is incorrect.

Which feature is required to be removed?

Which feature is required to be removed?
I was reading as the Auto Park Assist, for example, to expedite scheduling of a 402A with 360 Active. "Required to be removed" was the wrong wording on my part; edited above.

to me, this is essentially being “forced”

“We received word from Ford that the Active Park Assist 2.0 feature (takes over steering, shifting, braking to assist with parking) must be deleted from your truck. If the feature is not deleted, your truck will not be eligible for scheduling as a 2022 model.”

That’s not what Granger told me. Well first they said if did need to be deleted, then they said it didn’t.

Yea, not for me for whatever reason.

@Bannerman - Did you add 360 Active to your order, or stay with the 360 Assist as included with 402A? My bet is there was some initial confusion as to who had 360 Active.

Got a refund after pointing this out to them, thank you. Painful process, but I can appreciate what a headache this must be for Granger as well.
