402A Deliveries?

I just checked today and my 402a is now listed as shipped with an expected arrival of Oct. 18 to 24. It shipped pretty fast. It was in production all last week, and on Monday--I was worried there was a part hold issue. Yesterday it switched to built, just this morning it is listed as shipped.

That give me some hope. Using a rental until my truck comes in and that gets expensive quickly. So far 12 days "In Production"

I too am in production limbo. i would call my dealer for more information but to be honest they seem to know less than the people on this forum. Its only been 2.5 weeks in production though, so if you guys are getting notices of yours being built im hoping the same will happen for me any day now.

What is your blend date? Mine was 9/23, and it went into production on 9/16.
WTF? And you are already shipped? Obviously LIFO going on here, screw customer service.

Feel bad I skipped in line. Could it be a particular option, sunroof or bed liner or color?

No sunroof, no bed liner, and antimatter blue for me.

na its fine, ive waited 8 months already.

402a atlas blue, torson diff, 2kw, bose unleashed. No sunroof, bluecruise, or bedliner.

8/9 blend and still waiting. Been “in production” for almost 7 weeks. Tomorrow will be 6 months since my order was confirmed. I know there are more than a few folks who have waited much longer but to say I’m getting frustrated is an understatement!

You guys are lucky, I still have the IP cluster hold and I'm the only order I have seen it on.. I was flagged a show truck and moved up in my build only to be screwed!! and I work for ford..

My order details are in my sig, but I took delivery on 8/19. Similar timeline to yours Laz, I must have been lucky and slipped through.

I have seriously lost interest in the F150. Ford does't care about Retail order customers. If I walk away they will make more money on the transaction since a new customer is not price protected. Who know what lot in Dearborn my Tremor is in? If is parked in the back I am screwed. I do not mind waiting my turn. At this point I think MY23s will be delivered before my Tremor. I have a 22 refresh GMC AT4 lined up. Just waiting for it to ship.

I hope its across the street, and mine is parked beside it...

Oh boy, I hear ya. I told my wife that supposedly, my truck is built, supposedly, it's not on a chip hold, supposedly, it's expected to the dealership in late October. She said, quit saying "Supposedly" and I said, "I don't trust anything they told me at customer service until it's on the way to the dealership. I had to laugh when they rolled out the 2023 Super Duty the other day. Really? How many are parked waiting for parts? Do you care about the customers who have orders at a year or more? Come on Ford, let's concentrate on getting trucks that are now one year behind in the actual model year to the customers who've waited and been very patient (IMHO). Otherwise, like I told the Customer Service rep. I'll move on to a Tundra. I'd rather not but, unless Ford is straight with me they can sell my Tremor to someone else. Two guys on my street have new Tundras. NO ONE in my neighborhood has see a new F150 for more than a year (Likely much longer). I"ve seen one Tremor and a couple of Superduty Tremors in my area but I know they're 2021's. Losing interest is certainly possible. I certainly hope I don't have to because of the story I have from Ford but, when it's on the train I'll believe it.

Update on my 402a - order confirmed 1/4, in production 9/24, built 9/26, schedule to be delivered week of 10/15. I bought back in June from a dealer who had similar one, the order will find new home.

I got the attached on 8-29 from my dealer and still not sure when I'll get it.

The Truck shows “Produced”.

The earliest ETA is late September.

Since I am off today (Hurricane Ian) I decided to check with Ford chat. My chip hold has been extended a week to 10-16 Oct! WTF? I guess Ford does not care they are losing customers for life because they have not clue how to mange their supply chain and tell retail customers the truth. I hope to be driving a non-Ford truck long be for this F150 shows up.

Ok, now I'm just getting pissed.

Monday, had the chat with Ford Cust. Serv. They told me: Truck built, no chip hold, awaiting transportation and should be to the dealership 10/21-10/27. This I take as likely BS but, hey, supposedly it's true.

Last night I get an email from Ford that says:

We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Just wanted to give you an update on the status of your F-150 Tremor® order. While production of your vehicle was projected to begin the week of September 19, 2022, supply chain challenges continue to cause delays and uncertainty.

This is frustrating, we get it. We want nothing more than to get your Ford up on the line and start assembling it. And we will continue to work hard to reduce the delays to try to get you on the road in your new vehicle soon.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated as we get more information, at least once every 45 days. Hang in there. We really do appreciate your patience and understanding.

So, which is true?

I'm going to my Dealer after work and they will find the real info or I'm going to start the process of finding a Tundra. I've bought Toyotas and they are very good at customer service. I've never had any issues with them but it seems Ford is just lost and if they find it more important to hype a 2023 Super Duty this week than finish the damn trucks they have in the parking lots, well, nothing I can do but spend my money with another brand.
