402A Deliveries?

I finally have a production date of 4/10. Ordered 9/2.
402a 3.5
Torsen
Bluecruise
B&O unleashed
Panoramic
2kw
spray in liner
Wow, wonder what the delay was? I ordered on 2/16 (of this year), and have the same build day of 4/10.

I did everything you did, minus Blue Cruise (wife’s ‘22 Xpedition Plat has it), and the 2kW as I heard it was a delay item (I also wanted the underseat lockable storage, which is a no go with the 2kW).

Just got email my 23 3.5 tremor has been shipped and will arrive at my dealer between April 3rd to April 9th.. (ordered 11/11)
Similar for me, ordered 11/23 delivery window to dealer April 3 - 9th
2023 402a
Ford chat confirmed for me that the spray in bed liner added 2 weeks.

Congratulations. I have a similar set up (no spray in or 2.0) but no date from Ford.

When I reached out to Granger in February they mentioned it was BC holding it up. A month later on a Ford chat, they mentioned the hold is gone. (Several others have recently reported scheduling of BC-equipped Tremors). Hopefully I’ll get a production slot soon. Ordered 12/9.

Could be the BC. I didn’t order BC, no moonroof, no Torsen. As you’ve seen on here, there’s no reason to production, tracker is whacky, Ford Chat not much help, delivery dates all over the place. Expect 5 months is my advice

I just know they are going to start shipping with BC and HSW again and I'm going to be so mad I didn't just wait until the summer 😭 haha oh well what can ya do.That's a long wait though. Congrats!

A couple hours after my post I got an email from Ford - 4/17 production week. Ordered 12/9

402A, active 2.0, sunroof, B&O unleashed.

I ordered a F150 Tremor recently from Granger and am curious how long your wait was from placing the order to delivery. Thanks.
How long after placing the order did you get the email with the vin and build date?

I placed my order on 2/28 and received email today from Ford for build week of 4/17. 402A, Trailer Tow, B&O Unleashed, Torsen, Bed Utility

Spray in liner seems to be a big hold up in some of the videos I've watched. Tim Bartz always says you're better off to drop anything you could have the dealer add.

I'm bored at work right now after having a very busy week before today, so I'm looking at window stickers at my current dealership. One says it is 'in transit' and has a blend date of 20230322 on the sticker and still has no blue cruise, heated steering wheel, and is missing the bed camera. First sticker I have personally seen missing the bed camera. Another one has a blend date of 20230131 and it does have the bed camera. Also none of their five tremors have Unleashed. And they have a '22 sitting there that keeps tempting me with its HSW, Bluecruise, and Torsen, but anyway its window sticker says blended '20220815' and I know they told me about this one when I was looking but didn't know when it would be in and it just came in like 2-3 weeks ago so holy long wait time on that one.

Of course all of these could have just been ordered without BlueCruise if the dealerships knew that has been holding things up. Not sure what I'm trying to say with this post but find this whole process interesting/frustrating/annoying. And I didn't even build mine haha. Just walked on the lot and found one that had everything I wanted (except HSW). I didn't even know what BlueCruise was when I bought the truck. Had no idea Ford even offered this technology. Now I wish I had and between that and the HSW I may have looked for a '22 or waited or something. Ah well.

I think part of the problem is the fact that demand is fluid. The part where you mention that dealers weren’t aware about BlueCruise, could be solely due to the fact that their wasn’t the BC demand at that time. I would hate to be trying to forecast anything in this todays market.

I stopped in at a local dealer earlier this week, who has a ‘23 Raptor on the lot. They told me they have had three Tremors ordered since November with no build date info yet. He asked me if I wanted the Raptor for 15k over sticker, and was shocked when I declined telling him I ordered my Tremor on 2/16, already have the VIN and build date of 4/10.

The other component right now is the delivery from build to dealer due to rail car delays. I was speaking with an A Plan purchaser couple of weeks ago, whose Tremor sat in Dearborn, for two months complete and drivable waiting for the railway to take it to the Kansas City area. He just received his two weeks ago. He had ordered it in October of ‘22. Luckily for me, I bypass this component, as I take delivery in Dearborn.

I'm taking delivery on the south side of Chicago, so im hopeful it wont go on the rails.

Raptor will not have BlueCruise anyway

I didn’t order BC, because I heard it was causing delays. Wife’s Xpedition Plat has it for our long road-trips. It’s nice, but not fully autonomous, and only on included highways…lane correction and adaptive cruise gets you 80% there.

I wanted to tell the sales guy at the dealer, that maybe they would get their allocation if they weren’t still doing “market adjustments” on the Raptor 😂

Finally got my VIN and production date.

Ordered 8/5/22
Build date and VIN received 3/16/23
Prod Date of 4/17/23

Was asked to remove BlueCruise on 3/2 as that was the hold up and they couldn't give me a timeline. Was never going to use it anyways, so just removed it. Tired of waiting.

I think I found all of the Tremors that everyone is waiting on, was a quick photo this morning and I can try and get a better one this afternoon. Tremors sitting 7 rows wide and 5 trucks deep. This is not a dealership location, this is at one of the Roush buildings in Allen Park where Ford tends to stage vehicles before shipping out, or if they have a particular issue they are waiting for a rework ( I believe).
