I think there is one more week after at Dearborn (edit: you may be right, if production ends the following monday). I am slightly optimistic the long delay, and lack of communication, is due to uncertainty (i.e., waiting for ETA from supplier, planning on worst case, etc..) that may be resolved sooner rather than later.
I haven't heard anything related to price protection if reordered as a MY23; the closest I found is a likely PCO for some/most of the difference. I'd personally still like to stay a MY22 and enjoy my pricing and 0% financing, for effectively the same truck.
