Avalanche Gray F150 Tremor Photo Thread

Nice, what leveling kit is that?
I installed the Halo Lifts coilovers with SPC upper control arms in front and Eibach shocks in the rear. Wheels are Method Racing 316’s, 17x8 with plus 25 offset. Tires are Toyo Open Country A/T III’s, 35x11.5x17. Did a lot of research on this forum to arrive at this setup and it gave me exactly what I was aiming for. No rub, not even close, no cutting or trimming required. Firmed up the ride in a good way, truck feels tight and connected to the road.

Did you adjust the ride height at all?

In the front, I adjusted the coilovers to their lowest position, which gave me about 1 7/8” of lift over stock. I left the rear ride height stock, maintaining about 2” of rake with the bed of the truck empty. CV joint angles still look good up front too.

We have a route we like take in the evenings to look for wildlife. This old bridge is the end of the road. We saw tons of deer, wild pigs and a pair of bobcats tonight.

Has anyone seen a stealth ppf wrapped Avalanche? I'm wondering how the matte would look with it. I can't find any good pics

Would you mind posting some other pics like straight down the side to see any poke? I am working with Discount Tire right now for 35s and to decide on 17 vs 18 and whether to consider 11.5 or the 12.5 width. Ironically, also going with Methods, prob the 706 as I like the idea of bead grip.

Sorry I just saw your message, been away from the forum for a while. The poke is minimal. I’ll take some photos tonight and post them here

Ty, I appreciate it. I pulled the trigger since on some Method 706 (backordered in 17x8.5) and the same tires. So you won't help spend my money anymore but I'd still love to see 😉

That's the end of Gilroy Hot Springs Road. Take Roop Road East off New Ave. Follow it for about 8.5 miles until you see the bridge.

Decided to go ahead and get it wrapped. Here's the work in progress. I think it's fairly subtle and really only stands out when compared to the unwrapped sections like the hood and C-pillar. Overall I like it but not sure it's worth the cost.

Looks pricey.

She’s a beaut!! 👍🏼👍🏼 Is yours with the 5.0 (assuming from your username) if so could we get a little video of the sound of the exhaust? Have still yet for hear one with the dual exhaust of the tremor
It’s a good rumble, reminds me of the first gen raptor exhaust. My ‘23 has the 5.0

Thanks @dwcwcw.

Was only here for the your 17" wheel/tire msg but I am looking at an Avalanche Raptor in the lot across from my house, that's a great looking color!
For anyone considering the 35/11.5r17 tire, I can confirm it fits nicely and we had a good time on fairly mild rocky trail in Breckenridge (Bald Mtn Trail) last week, no rubbing stuffed/drooped with Method's +25 offset (5.7" bs).
