I haven't seen that update - last for me was May 3.Looks like they maybe have started updating the B&O over OTA. Someone on the other forums just posted this.

Good luck. I was told it’s a 3 month wait for a new module and they’re 35 cars behind at my dealer. Not using CarPlay has had no major issues except for the occasional dropped call.Bringing this back as it happened to me again on Saturday. Going back to the dealer next Tuesday so will report after that to see what they do...or dont do

I’m sorry to all that this has happened too. I’m two weeks into this 2022 cpo 15k amb with unleashed if this ever happens to me I will be getting something from ford. My hearing is my livelihood so if happens once m, ford will be hearing from lawyers.
