Black lug nuts on factory wheels

Due to the use of impact wrenches which also scapes the coating off some parts of the steel lug nuts, rust on parts of said lug nut is inevitable.

The only thing that might elevate this for a while is to use a coat or two of rattle can black paint followed by a coat or two of clear.

Must admit that's a pretty poor coating surely they expect people to use impact tools.

It's a PITA just to have black lug nuts. Can't find ones that work and LAST for my factory wheels: Anyone have some that last??

Although my gorillas have held up, look mcgards for best lug...had them on my rebel and loved them, but they were $300+
