I did the second oil change on my truck today. I took it to the dealer for the first one and apparently they overtightened the drain plug and filter. I had to use a 1/2 ratchet to get the drain plug loose. I used a cap style filter wrench, 3/8 ratchet and about 12" of extensions, a U joint, both hands and a pile of swear words to crack it loose. Other than the overtightened parts it wasn't too bad.

I’m not sure if you have one of these but if not, stop by your local Harbor Freight and grab one.
I had to use one to remove the OEM oil filter on my Tremor when I did my first oil change.
It comes in very handy.
