Canadian Tremor owners/orders

Fellow Canadians, just wanted to check in and see if anyone is thinking about winter tires yet. August is usually the time I buy as they have pre season sales.

I have Ford steelies in 17" and was looking at either the Toyo open country, Cooper's, Bridgestone Blizzaks. I've been running Cooper's for the last 6 winters and they have been excellent.

Any thoughts and experience on what your running or planning on running?

I've heard the nokian Hakkapelitta LT3 studded are good winter tires. I'll be looking shortly too and in Calgary as well. What kind of driving are you mostly doing in the winter?

Yes funny you mention them I had those reccomended by a friend to me today. Mostly city with trips to the mountains for snowshoeing.

I’ve ran the older model on my last diesel and was impressed with them these are definitely a nice upgrade also they usually have some kinda rebate program in the fall.

Was there a specific dealer that had them? Last time I got quotes for tires, brought them into Ford and they price matched plus 5% which ran me a good discount.

My go to tire shop guy (a small integra tire) gives me wicked deals on stuff that ford wasn’t able to compete with plus Hercules being a smaller tire company isn’t sold everywhere.

Just got my VIN today with an ETA of October 3rd...Ordered March 12. Tremor 402A. Fingers crossed this doesn't change LOL. No build date showing yet .

Anyone know why I got a delivery ETA and VIN but when I enter it into tracking It has no build date ? Is that normal?

Normal, system just needs to update, the delivery date may change too.

So my original build date was 8/30/22 and I called dealer a couple days ago to clarify as the tracking online doesn’t have a build date and they said it was pushed to 9/6/22 but, today when I checked the tracked in now says in production! Obviously it will be built sooner then the 6th no? How long did your guys say in production?

I didn't order mine, went in last Friday and a custom 401a came in with sunroof/B+O/auto stop delete but no rear slider they order so they didn't take it, I pick it up tomorrow

When did you order yours?

Mid July, last year. Picked it up Dec 6th. If I remember right, mine said in production for 2 days but that's because it didn't update for another day. Then it was 3 weeks in transit.

Mine still says in production with no date or anything and dealers till says the 6th of September

I wanted to see if there were any Canadian Tremor owners and or orders placed. I have yet to see one and my order from July 5th hasn't even recieved a VIN yet. Let me know your situation!

anyone else think shipping was stupid fast or maybe the tracker is behind? Mine went from shipped to delivered in a day! Super excited it’s here! Dealer says I can pick up next week!
