Good luck, maybe they can figure out what's up today and resolve the issue for you, I would definitely demand some sort of reimbursement.Quick update if anyone cares. The Ford specialist is at the dealership today, and has technical / software staff lined up at Ford to help him over the phone. Hopefully they will finally figure out what they're doing and what's needed.
