When I get the rims done I'm going to have them do my front and back tow hooks as well.

What’s your plan for getting the rears powder coated being welded on and all?

Damn was hoping you had a banger idea cuz I don’t aside from getting the whole hitch done but that might be weird. And I definitely don’t care enough to make them into a bolt on item so they might just stay black.
 
Powdercoater says the Deluxe gold is a candy/transparent metallic and would require polished or chrome plated rims to get the right finish. I'm not going to send the rims to get polished.

So now I'm ordering swatches again to see if any match that aren't candy. If not, I will likely just go with black or bronze rims. I considered a powdercoat in white but not sure.

Edit: not seeing any other really close colors. I had ordered the ones already that were. Likely just going to toss the idea and order the method 305s in bronze. Wish I could've made it work but I'm not going to spend 700-800 a rim to make it work. Bronze is close enough.

Still figuring out the group, been lurking awhile but finally signed on. Picked up a 400a last Wednesday up here in MN. I had some samples of 3M Scotchlite vinyl decal material from work and it just so happens to be almost spot on. I'll have to get home before I can say the exact series of 3M but I just thought I'd share as I have the sign guys working me up some ideas and this is what we're going with.👍

Personal opinion but I think the bronze will be cooler.
 
I was going to order both plastidip oranges and some metalizers to try and get the F150 on the fender flare in a matching orange, but I think I'm just going to plastidip it black and save myself $600+. Can't stand the chrome anymore.
 
OEM auto art has these ovals matched up pretty well. Their IG says special formula so not likely a paint code to reference against but will ask for one anyhow. Ordered a set for shits and giggles.

Now if they would only replace the chrome with black or gold.

I was waiting till anyone else chimed in but apparently, I'm the only one so far that has gone this far yet with vinyl.
I was wrong and the product installed on my truck is 3M Gerber 280 reflective 71 yellow.
The gold 61 may also be a close match but I didn't have that option at the time to experiment.
Under certain light/angles it was a tiny bit off from the fender and tailgate but not enough to bug me and in the last few months either my eye has accepted them as the same or they faded just a bit to be dang perfect.

Went with the electric spice and it is a bit darker than grill insert. There is 3 variants of the colour this was the best.
