Glad you were able to come up with a solution. Did Icon customer service ever respond to you? One thing to respond and say that they unfortunately can't do anything and another thing to just not respond. I'm headed to Moab next week. May stop at a place on the way that does custom spring packs to see what they say and what the price is. That or I'll just run a bigger block in the rear to get some lift back and run RAS when I'm really loaded up.
Unfortunately, it has been complete silence on their end. It's a shame as they had been very communicative about another issue I've had with the shocks but soon as I brought up the leaf pack- nothing. After really having some seat time with these springs, I would definitely push either Deaver or a custom pack elsewhere. While they ride great and very compliant, at the end of the day, they were designed around a Raptor and I feel like my needs are different due to the constant/fluctuating weight my truck sees. People seem very happy with the RAS for their towing needs.

Will you be off roading the Tremor in Moab? I'll be out there in September. Would love to hear your feedback if you're going to be taking it down some trails. I've only been in a mid-size out there. Planning on finding the limitations of approach, break-over and departure angles.

Yeah, I'll be doing White Rim Trail over two days, so nothing too technical. I had a fully built (armored, locked, etc, etc) 4th Gen V8 4Runner so I've done most of the trails around Moab and surrounding areas. Honestly, it got boring after about 2-3 hours of slow moving and getting thrown around in the drivers seat. Now I would rather set up camp and go bike. So much to see on a MTB and/or gravel bike that being in a vehicle can't see.
 
Completed another much needed mod to the bed of the truck today. Added a 5’ section of E-Track to the bulkhead. Even with the latest version of the Decked system and their added tie downs, I could never draw my gear back to the bulkhead tight enough.

Also replaced the factory tie down points on the side with E-Track and added some heavy duty felt tape along the perimeter of the SmartCap lip to prevent items from digging into it.
