HELP! Price of Tremor

I’m a bit confused on X-plan pricing cost. My dealer claims he won’t know what my cost will be till after truck is delivered. He gave me an estimate that will be a few bucks less than what his regular price is basically $1,500 above his invoice price. All that being said we can get our Xplan pricing on our own?

Give me your build and I'll run xplan for you.

Yeah, I ordered mine and it came in about 11% under MSRP, 10.6% to be exact.
Another Chapman Ford order here. Signed off today. Got the confirmation email from Ford 10 minutes after the confirmation from Chapman. 4% under invoice. 402A Antimatter Blue, all options except the $2000 copilot cruise ($500 increase for 2022).

Emailed 5 local dealers and no one would match. (Northern Virginia)

For in stock, try Preston Ford in Easton MD. Once fixed for recall, they would do sticker for me.

Same build except I got the copilot cruise and skipped the moonroof.

Big thank you to those on this thread, as I landed a PIN today from a family friend, for x-plan.. Having never bought a new Ford before, I was unaware of this yuge help-out. Salesman said I wouldn't know the dollar amount until truck arrives, but if anything near the ~10% I'm seeing around forum land, this is awesome....
Your salesmans statement throws a red flag. Every option of a truck is a known price for all Ford discount plans.
After reading a couple of Bronco order stories, I would insist on a signed order slip from the dealer with all the prices shown and no market adjustment.
Or go with Granger or Chapman as they are a known process.

Who did you contact at Chapman,? When I contacted them yesterday I received the following response:

Thank you for reaching out. We have stopped our offer at this time. We have filled up what we think we can deliver in a reasonable amount of time. I can still offer you an order at invoice price if you are willing to wait.

I logged into x-plan with my partner code to check pricing recently. I noticed when I logged into the Ford site to build a Tremor it shows me x-plan pricing now instead of MSRP.

chapman order here too, 4% under, ordered 11/26, have a build date of 2/11

I see above that they said they are no longer doing the deal, glad I got in on it

Need to swing by dealership soon, and will inquire with them further. Thanks Yeti!

Reading through your punchlist items, and considering my hesitations about quality issues since 2020, re supply chains, layoffs, alterations of standard protocol and deviations, labor shortages, etc, along with Tremor package on F150 being only X months into production, makes the hand reach for whiskey. Gimme some therapudic encouragement, lol..

This is annoying to say the least. Ford has never been one to support their products well and if you look at the issues with my truck, you would swear borders on incompetence. I mean how does a single vehicle pass with multiple obvious issues.

In reality, I don't see many people with these issues. Maybe the team who installed/built those parts were new, drunk/stoned, angry all at once to make a particularly poor truck. Maybe QA knew it shouldn't pass but the pressure to deliver vehicles will always winout over doing it right, with Ford. The key is to find that good dealership. That way if you do have issues, they will make them right. I'm considering spending a week or so in Atlanta and going to my old Ford dealership to get my truck's issues resolved. it's not ideal but I do want this truck to be exactly what I bought.

I just used the X-plan. The MSRP of my Tremor was $69,660. After the X-plan discount, the sale price was $64,932. A price reduction of 6.78%. I hope that helps.

Hope not! With the members of this forum effectively being the sample set, would love to see how things stack up with deliveries over the coming weeks/months, and will certainly report out any issues with mine, when the time comes.

This is honestly why I decided to stick with the local dealership - that personal relationship, if/when needed.

You seem like a meticulous individual Yeti - please keep us updated on the journey!

I'm hoping the '22s have better luck, it really seems like the '21 guys got shafted with how long the builds took, the delays, and then the delivery. Most of the issues I see are on '21s, but to be fair there haven't been many '22s delivered yet. I think we will find out a lot in February as the first big batch of '22s starts rolling in next week and after. I think the '21s saw worse build conditions and supply chain shortages. You got a lead foot though, thats worth something :]

Your price lines up nicely with what they told me.

XPlan pricing, along with Dplan, etc. are absolutely known to the dealer up front. Also Xplan limits fees, etc. that can be charged in connection to the transaction. If it was me, I'd be skeptical about purchasing from a dealer that insists on playing games. They either honor it or they don't, which is always there choice. However, it's not fair to you to wait for your build to arrive and then find out they are going to sell to someone else for a higher amount. I agree with the other comment about signing your contract w/up front pricing disclosure or take your business elsewhere. Read the link in its entirety that MATTBIGGEST included as it outlines terms and conditions for both sides.... Good luck!

Just placed my order today through Chapman Ford (PA). Invoice minus 4%. MSRP on my order was $69,300 (402A plus some goodies). Price after discount was $62,028. Crazy times right now, but I didn’t think I’d do better.
Did you have x-plan as well or was this the price without it? I'm honestly thinking of cancelling my current order (local scum dealership) and reordering.
