Leveling Kit

:ROFLMAO: Well I am pretty set on putting those tires, so I will get a live measurement hopefully in late Sept

Have the AS 2.5” spacer ordered; might start there and see if I can go down to a 2” spacer after install

Hate to do it twice; but I know the 2.5” will clear them

Has it already been discussed whether or not raptor front coils would yield any lift?

Where did you get your Tremor sticker from? I took mine off because i thought the stock decals looked a little tacky but i definitely like the look of yours!
@VIPAutoAccessories can hook you up. Just message them and ask for a custom order. Use that picture as a reference and they will know what you want.

Just another guy that installed another spacer lift for now. I threw on the AS 2.0 today and like @Bannerman ended up with more than I bargained for 🤷🏼‍♂️
BEFORE
Hub to fender FP (front passenger) = 22-3/4
Hub to fender FD = 22-3/4
Hub to fender RP = 26-3/8
Hub to fender RD = 26-5/8
So a little less than 4” of rake from the factory.

Lowest bracket on front of running board = 12-7/8

AFTER
Hub to fender FP= 26 (+3-1/4!!!!???)*
Hub to fender FD = 26 (+3-1/4!!!???)*
Hub to fender RP = 26-5/8 (+1/4”)
Hub to fender RD = 26-7/8 (+1/4”)
Lowest bracket on front of running board = 15-1/4” (+2-3/8”)

*this has me questioning if I read the tape wrong - TWICE - on my before measurements…but I don’t usually do that.

Truck aligned fine, drives fine. And I have 5/8-7/8” of rake still. Just scratching my head here.
@Bannerman, how much rake do you have?

I just got an email from them that they are out of the ford game for the time being, I asked for custom decals and didn’t mention tremor or ford in the message and got a “sorry, no ford products “ reply. Really a shame as they had great stuff.

Dang it man! I waited too long to buy the hood decals; thought those in matte black would have looked good on the stone grey

The tailgate inlays can find pretty easy; ordered some from Etsy

But I can’t find the hood decals anywhere

Drove around, hit some speed bumps aggressively, it’s come down 1/4”. I’m going to keep driving it and putting the suspension through some cycles and see what happens. I wonder if torqueing down the upper and lower control arm bolts/nuts while at full droop puts some ‘preload’ into some things, making it want to sit higher? I guess I could relax the upper control arm bolts just a hair while it sits on its tires and see. Hate to loosen the LCA ones since that is where the all the alignment adjustments are, right?

I’m getting the 1.5” AS level installed Monday. I’ll do before and after measurements.

Does the ride differ much from stock? That’s my biggest concern-this thing rides amazing stock.

Nah, the ride is essentially the same. If you were REALLY sensitive or aware or were a suspension expert I’m sure you’d notice something - like maybe a hair more abrupt on big bumps due to steeper geometry / angles, but it’s essentially the same.

Has anyone looked at Falcon yet? I’m trying to be patient for the Bilstien 8112’s but it’s wearing on me!

I haven’t measured rake but I know it netted me about 2 3/4 of an inch. More than I wanted. Hub to fender in front is just under 26”

Thanks man. After driving and hitting some whoops and speed bumps...at speed...I'm at about 25-3/4" or 25-7/8" hub to fender. It looks pretty good - still have just a LITTLE bit of rake - 3/4"-1". Was more than I was wanting...but it'll work as an interim solution maybe until a solid coilover solution is found.

@High_Country @Bannerman

I put on the AS 2.0 level. Netted me a smidge over 2”. Measuring from the ground before and after. Not sure why you both got significantly more lift. I have about 6k on my truck and before the level I had roughly 3.25~3.5” of rake.

I now have 1.25” of rake with this level.

Last measurement of 41.75” is the rear (showing husky liners).

They are on my short list of suspension options. Limited reviews but generally positive. Once I get my truck I will call them and get the rear shock specs and see if they have put their shocks on any tremors. I drive on a lot of washboard roads and old washed out two tracks. I need a suspension system that does not beat me or the truck up. Let me know if you find anything more on falcon and I will do the same.

Thanks. On my stock tires still so took the same measurement up front - I'm at 41-1/4" or about 3/4" more than you. Weird...I don't understand it.

I got the 1.5” AS level kit installed. Went from 4” of rake to just a hair over 2” now.

And yes I measured the level kit when it arrived to ensure it was the 1.5” not the 2”.

What did the 1.5” measure? Thickness I mean

1.5” exactly
Ok. So that’s the problem AutoSpring. 1.5” nets you more than 1.5”. So when a Spacer is advertised as X inches, that should be the amount of lift it provides, not the thickness. That’s why my 2.0 spacer netted me 2.75”.
