On to the next phase of waiting, my Order Tracker App updated to "In Transit" about 30 minutes ago, Ford Tracker updated to "Shipped" about 10 minutes later. No email this time though.

Just got an email saying my truck is built and should be delivered between June 25th and July 1st! Window sticker says it's coming by convoy and ramp 1 is CA3H. Anyone know how to track this?

Contact chat and get a rail car number. Unless you are close to Dearborn, convoy only means that it was shipped by truck to the rail yard.

Is this true even if the window sticker says convoy? Ordered from Granger so not sure if built in KC or MI.

All tremors are built in Dearborn. My WS had convoy but that only meant that it was being shipped to the rail yard by truck. If you are within a certain radius of Dearborn, it will ship by truck. Most Granger orders will get sent to KC and then trucked the 3hrs north.

Order Track App still says "in transit", ford tracker has finally settled on "Shipped", and this popped up this morning.

FWIW, my tracker status updated to Shipped on 5/14, then I received the Delayed ETA email a couple days later, and nothing since. I stopped by the dealership this morning to chat with salesman and New Car Mgr, and they tell me the status changed to In Transit four days ago (no email or changes to tracker status). So, at this point, I have no idea if my truck is fully built (according to Ford marketing folks, as of Friday evening, it may still be awaiting chips, regardless of status (their words)), on a lot, on a train, or on a truck. Manager says he's had cars arrive at the dealership lately with status still In Production, and some cars listed as Shipped that don't arrive for weeks, if then. Total crap-shoot with Ford these days.

Yeah its a crap shoot, a few people from this build week got a built email, but the tracker didn't update. After a while they got ahold of Ford and we're basically told to ignore the email because they were on hold.

Got bored and messaged the ford chat gang because it's been a bit since any activity, still "in production" from 5/10.

All modules seemed to be populated, ford pass shows pictures, wifi hotspot & active button and get the 'updated' message about taking delivery etc etc

New ETA 9/23-9/28.

Hopefully the folks at the end of the week or following get through with some ease

It cycles back to the first page requesting order and vin, no error message. Just another day of efficiency at Ford.

I've had that error before, the one I'm experiencing now is new. But yeah sounds about right

Mine seems to be working normally? Still telling me "in production" since 5/11, with today's date on the window sticker. I really need to stop checking that damn thing a hundred times a day...

Interesting, if I go to the website it's fine, the email link is just broken I guess. Lots of people on the other forums having issues with the Order Track App, so it's not just me.

App is working again, and blend date now matches my window sticker, so there's that haha

@TJE, Makes sense. I don't get emails since mine was a dealer order my wife stumbled upon the day the VIN hit the dealer's inventory (May 6 or so, May 11 blend date). I've only been tracking through the "shop.ford.com" tracker, with the exception of one search a few days back through the order tracker app I found on the gen 14 forum. I wasn't able to quickly get my head around the significance of the different tea leaves people were reading over there (modules, ford pass app, etc.), and I didn't want to dive down the rabbit hole since I'm already wasting time and turning my hair gray as is lol.
