Icon lift, 22’s on 35’s went on.. it’s done :)

Couple of questions for everyone who has done this.
1) Did you have to relocate the adaptive cruise control sensor?
2) Can this same thing be done using a 24 Tremor Modular Bumper (the center piece and the wings) or do you have to use a Raptor Modular center piece?

I'd love to go with the modular bumper on my 2025, which I'd think would be easier. However, I'm sure that the cost is probably up there with just getting an aftermarket solution from Road Armor or something.

I didn’t have the adaptive cruise so I can’t comment on that.

You can definitely use the tremor bumper, when I did this project the bumper was not readily available but the raptor bumpers were all over eBay for pretty cheap.

The problem is the bumper on the Raptor is different. The outer sections are wider due to the Raptor being 5" wider than a standard F-150. The 402a/402b modular bumper should be narrower.

The shorter outer wings are acquired separate and can be swapped on the modular bumpers. The center section is the same save for the color finish

So just to update, this project is on a bit of a hold. Truck is in the shop for a rear end rebuild.
I’ve been chasing a vibration at highway speeds and when slowing down, I have been through a set of tires and 2 new rims (all under warranty) and none of it helped. So now the dealer wants to replace the rear ring and pinion as they said the backlash is out and coast side of the gears are not meshing properly.
Plus at the end of the month I am moving back down to Florida to take a job running a new upfit department for a Ford Dealer.
As soon as I can get a free day to work on it, I will post up.
Appreciate everyone’s patience……I know a lot of you are waiting to see how well this fits.

This is interesting. There is a Raptor R front bumper for sale near me and that's how I found this thread. Did replacing the rear ring and pinion help? I just had this done to my truck as well for the exact same reasons but I'm still getting that vibration. Also on my second set of tires but it started when a dealership noticed it was leaking and took it apart.

Yeah mine was good after getting the ring and pinion rebuilt.
The tech did say the driveshaft seemed out of spec as well at the time, so that was replaced. It’s been about a year and half and no issues or vibrations.

Thanks to @CrankCase I was able to install the modular bumper to finish off my E Tremor build. I used @Jax_Tremor paint colors for inspiration. We happen to have the same flares as well. Prior to this I Tremor swapped the interior, aux switches, and skid plate.

Those are oem take off's from a base f150 tremor. Customer upgraded to katzkin leather. Did the back bench seat as well. Got the door panels, dash trim and upfitter switches salvage from ebay. Steering wheel was a take off as well, customer upgraded from non heated to heated wheel. Ordered the center console cover and upper glovebox door new. I dyed the stitching on my shifter orange.

did you do the screen too? i thought the lightnings were more portrait orientation. thats dope as hell

Thanks! No screen swap, my truck started off as a pro. The pro and xlt trims come with the 12 inch screen. I like this set up better. You loose the physical climate/radio buttons on the bigger screen. I actually swapped my climate control unit out for the one with temp displays from a 2021 gas truck. Getting the upfitter switches working was crazy, I had to figure out how to connect the upfitter fuse box and make my own harness to the switches.

Thanks man, I'm glad you guys dig the truck. I'm installing a M&R 40 inch bumper light bar this week. Then suspension down the road, right now I just have a 2 inch level.
