I missed this thread first time around and gotta say i hate my hoa. It makes since that property values are protected but damn some rules are just flat out stupid. Country people shouldn’t move to the city, it’s almost like every time I do something l have to check with hoa now.

I hear ya. Unfortunately some of us gotta go where the job takes us.... what dumb city boy designed every garage to barely fit a Prius is what I wanna know...

That's the only reason I'm in the city; its because of the Job. Can't stand it, use to be able to go right out my back door and shoot whatever gun I wanted, whenever I wanted. Use to riding tractor as a lawnmower, now I have a little bitty yard and for some reason I have an ego lawn mower b/c it I don't have a shed to put all my extra gas/oil/filters/etc in. It is what it is, but my goal is to get back to the country one day when I win the lottery.lol.
