I wouldn’t go quite that far.
Towed a 22’ Center Console Boat with about 350 lbs. tongue weight and total weight of about 5,000 lbs. and did just fine without being nose high.
When towing the Travel Trailer with tongue weight of 600 ish pounds and load leveling hitch, truck and trailer were both level. Truck was not nose high.
With the Raptor’s shocks, they are considerably softer than a shock like the Bilstein 5100s.
There are lots of bridges in my area and the softer shocks on the Raptor did not dampen the rear as well as something like the 5100s.
Don’t get me wrong, the Raptor towed the Trailer just fine and I never had any concerns with control of the combo.
That being said, the Tremor is definitely better suited for towing than the Raptor.
