Rear end noise/clunking

So I got it back from the dealer today, they were able to reproduce the clunking and found it to be a body bushing on the rear, had to order a damper and some bolts (the lady service writer didn't seem to know very much 🙄)
As far as I know only the cab has bushings or dampers, the box is hard mounted to the frame cross rails with a thin shim/pad. Guess I'll see if it fixes it in a month or so.
Hey Sully, did replacing the damper or bushing they did solve the issue, if so can you post a copy of the work order they did? Thanks

I've been getting this soft clunking noise for the last few months....seems to happen in warmer weather, not cold. Defintely not the "slip-yoke clunk" that I had with my first gen Raptor....that was a common issue with a lot of early to mid teen F150s....the blue moly grease was the fix.

My tremor has this same exact noise. Took it in to the dealer, they replaced the driver side leaf spring… noise was gone for about 3 weeks and now it is back and seems worse and to be coming from both sides. When you hear it inside the cab it has like a hollow sound almost like a loose muffler but it definitely isn’t. The last reply to this thread was April, anyone have a solid diagnosis on this since?? Low speed, side to side uneven terrain causes it.
No, this noise is more like FiveTwo's above....more prevalent on uneven payment and side to side movement. Took it to my dealer and they heard it right away (thankfully). Apparently, they had to call Ford for the fix....truck goes back at the end of the month to remedy so hopefully they get it on the first try....'cuz it's driving me up the wall!

Update....my truck has been at the dealer for the last week as they try to diagnose the issue. The noise can be clearly heard, but they say suspension, driveline, spare tire, exhaust etc is all tight. Apparently, they have calls into Ford Canada tech team to assist. They gave me a no cost loaner so that's fine but my truck is 6 months old & has 7 ooo KMs (less than 4500 miles)....not exactly confidence inspiring...

Hopefully, they solve it soon....
