They're differnet part numbers but thats not uncommon for different generation trucks, there might even be tweaks they made to improve/perfect but doesn't mean the prior won't work fine especially when buying used for substantional discount. The one on my 13 I got for $150 and needed like $25 of parts rather than a $1,300 new cover.

I have an MX4 on my 2013 fx4 6.5 that replaced a soft cover, my new to me Tremor has soft cover that I want to replace. Anyone know if the 2015-2020 5.5 mx4 works on our 2021+ trucks?

I had a backflip on my 15, when I took my camper top off I put it on my 23 and it fit fine. I'm pretty sure the boxes from the 15 and up are identical. Not sure about the 13.

I know my 13 won't work because its 6.5 vs the 5.5 of the Tremor. I've heard/seen the campers don't transfer (shape of the back of the tailgate) but the mx4's go inside the bed and like you said I would think those work.

Yes definitely different box length will not work. Mine was going from a super crew to another super crew

I like my MX4. My only complaint is that the stick-on seal towards the cab does not stick to the factory line-xed bed and it fell off.

It’ll still but you must use some kind of adhesion promotor before applying the actual seal.

Great cover. Had one on my 2019 Lariat, and got one for my 2024 Tremor. I got it through Real Truck as mentioned in other posts. This new version is lighter and and not as sturdy as the older models. The middle latch sections sometimes don't lock down unless you push down on them a little, maybe that will go away with time and more wear. Other than That, I feel it is the best out there. Matte finish is hardy, nice look.
