Does your State have a Lemon Law?

I’m in Texas and yes we do. I’m well within the 30 consecutive days window, my only concern is it states that it has to be without a loaner or rental, which i’m a bit short of that 30 days without a loaner. All 3 of my truck payments this far have occurred with truck sitting at the dealership and just kind of over it at this point. Figuring if i do file Lemon Law though i’ll have to hire a lawyer which is what has kept me from doing so before now.

@rjg2000, I just watched one of those short videos, tick tock or something, It wouldn't let me embed the link or video. but the guy was getting water intrusion in the rear of his truck though the pressure vents in the back of the cab. His complaint was the musty smell. He ran a hose on the back of the cab with the rear seats out and water just poured through the pressure vents. They were stuck open, claimed it was a common problem when not installed right. Something to look into if they think it's water problems. Vents are huge on these trucks.

My leak was coming in from somewhere above the top of the window and going behind the seats. Ford declined to replace the part back there that got wet (some kind of controller behind the right rear seat) Still sitting at the dealer going on a bit over a month now.

Last Update on this thread. Finally got my truck back today after 2 months in the shop. Tech was finally able to get code b15da to pull up. This led him to replace the ac/dc inverter in the truck and that (so far) has cured the battery drain issue. They were also able to fix the leak coming from the rear glass. It appears in this case the rear slider drains and drain tube were not positioned correctly from the factory.
