Underwhelming Headlights

No idea. I do question how they can void a warranty by activating a factory feature. It's not like I put aftermarket bulbs in.

Does Ford see this when you modify with forscan? Worried about a warranty issue.
Probably not and even if they did, they can't "void your warranty" for such things. Moss Magnuson Warranty act means they can pound sand with that nonsense. There are a lot of settings that appear in the FDRS software. I doubt they'd go through and audit them one by one. Even if they did, the only thing they could potentially deny a claim for would be the affected system in question. Not the whole truck.
2025 w/402A here. I think the lighting is OUTSTANDING. Zero complaints.
I think people who think the 2024+ trucks have bad headlights never drove the 2015-2020 F-150's with halogen headlights. They are borderline unsafe and are unsafe the way some of them were aimed from the factory. I couldn't hardly see with mine. My previous generation F150 and 2016 Super Duty had halogens that were fine.

I get that the projector style LED's on the higher trim levels and previous generation Tremors are / were better, but its not as if the current ones don't put out enough light to get the job done. The only complaint I had is that the brights killing your fog lights hurts light output directly in front of the truck which is why enabling "Bambi" mode is so nice.
