🛠️ What have you done to your F150 Tremor this week?

How do you like this cover? I've got one on my 23 402A and although it looks good, the ability to keep out water is something I'm not a fan of...

The only issue mine has is near the tailgate, no issues anywhere else for me. They have an extra gasket for that too so maybe I'll get that. Where does yours leak

Contacted Peragon and this is the reply i got,

"The cover is a water resistant product and not waterproof as stated in the FAQ and Features pages on our website. Leaking will occur along the rail where the panel seals intersect the inboard rail seal. It is impossible to get those two seals to mesh closely enough to prevent water from dripping past that point. The water then may travel underneath the panel, along the panel seal until it drips off from what appears to be the center of the panel. Water tension can even permit water to run slightly uphill. We're not saying this is happening in your case, just that it might be.
Pictures are worth a thousand words and we would be happy to take a look at your cover. Please view the attached photos and send them along with any photos you have taken. This will allow us to look over the install and view the seals on your cover to see if any adjustments can be made.
Let us know if there's anything more we can do to help you." Of course I sent photos of mine with description and haven't heard back.

Wasn't expecting it to be waterproof but wasn't expecting soo much leakage either. Seeing water in the corners near the cab of truck, to me the rubber grommet that overlaps from rail to front of bed doesn't overlap enough. I get drips off just about all panels along the seals and I have the step in the tailgate so of course there's a slight difference in the seal meshing with tailgate. I'm gonna try to move everything a little closer inward and back towards the tailgate later this week, weather permitting.

The only time I get leakage by the cab is after it rains I open the cover and everything in the cover spills into the bed. For me the rubber flap is almost to the edge of the bed on mine. I'm out of town right now but I'll take a picture and send it to you when I get back

Dropped mine off at the dealership for another tranmission diagnostic/tsb. Had the tables reset 4k miles ago and getting shifts in 3rd gear that feel like it's going to throw the trans out. Fingers crossed they do whatever is needed this round.

Yup. Cleared it and no problems since.
That was actually the second time it coded. I cleared them the first time but left the commander connected. Not this time.

Not exactly an exciting mod but if it saves me from having to get my wife's door repaired due to us both parking in the garage at the same time then it's well worth it. Weird shaped pool noodle I found at Dollar General. I cut it in half longways and it fits right over the step. Put the other side on the garage wall to keep my door safe. I just place it on the step when I get home. Easy.

Sorry about the delayed reply. They are 35x12.50r18 Nexen Roadian MTX. They're a little stiff since they only come in a load range F / 12 ply. Also I swapped out the spare with a matching tire and it just barely fits up under the bed.

I have to do that on mine. Shut down the truck, open the door, turn it back on and that usually fixes it. Happens a couple of times a week for me. Hope the update fixes it.

If you press the radio power and skip forward buttons together and hold them, it will reboot the radio. Just keep holding until the splash screen comes up again.

Installed autospring 2.5" leveling pucks. And husky rear wheel liners. Haven't had a chance to measure on level ground but on uneven ground measurements show about 0.75" of rake still.

Finished rewiring the side scene lights last night (with actual vehicle wiring and split loom (replacing (most of) the speaker cable and lamp wire...), then went out for a drive on a local dirt road up into the mountains around town. I also installed the second set of side emergency lights.

During the drive the offroad lights worked fine. After the ride, I noted that one of the Nilight pods was on but very dim, so I don't know what's up with that. I realize it's a relatively inexpensive product compared to some nicer brands, but they're not bad for the price. (Once I have a job, I'll probably upgrade the offroad lighting.) Anyway, now I have to troubleshoot that, but otherwise it was a successful test.

I've also been noticing a bit of a shake while driving highway speeds... not sure what's up with that but it started after the first "offroad" shakedown cruise after the initial alignment with the new suspension, so I have to figure that out as well.

Just picked her back up after the trans rebuild was done. Happy as can be and hoping this proves to be the fix for my trans issues. TSB 24-2176.

Noticed some "eh" downshifts on the way home but nothing like before and hopefully it's just the adaptive tables learning my driving style.

Parts list for the rebuild was interesting. 35 +/- part numbers in total.

Added BDS coilover 2" lift / level. I like the ride. Similar to stock vertically, but not as spongy side to side. I originally wanted to stuff the fenders a bit with 35's but kinda like the look now. What do y'all think?

I had this kit on an old f150 and its under rated, it was a big improvement in handling on the old fx4.
Trying to figure out if I want to go with this or the Radflos. I'm digging your rig.

Supposed to be a net 2" for 24 Tremor. I measured about 1.5.

Very happy with the ride on and off-road.
