What's new

🛠️ What have you done to your F150 Tremor this week?

I've got the Ronin. I never use AM/FM radio, so I'm not sure how much of a signal loss there is. I do have the stock antenna under the seat just in case.
The movie icon wins the day! Thanks for the feedback on the antenna as well.

Just found out my truck was finished being built on 3/9 and is waiting to be shipped... Just ordered a set of led license plate bulbs from diode dynamics!!

Added some more carbon trims, i really like these to turn down the chrome on the air vents.

Also wrapped the gauge cluster trim in place - there isn't a carbon cover that fits the tremor unfortunately. It's different than the other trims. Need to clean the edges a bit with the heat gun.

Removed the front intercooler slats and added the putco Lower grill cover - finally a company that makes a good looking one. Should bring the temps down a lot.

Added Velcro to the openings in the built right panel for some patches :]

Went ahead and tried getting the engine cover in. It didn't fit - the 2020 Ford performance Ecoboost one.

I tried trimming it around, but in general the main problem is how it sits with the screws.

I put my thinking cap on and decided to take the badges i had painted off again and put them on the stock tremor cover. I dremeled in the holes and glued them on, i think it came out great.

How do you like the Roush CAI, notice any differences yet?

It's better than stock, i like it. If i went back I'd have gone all in on the AFE setup with the inlet tubing. I'm going to replace my roush for that in the next few months.

Good to know, I was looking at the AFE system as well

Did some forscan work: removed double honk, added unreal display, and digital temps on dash. Got the Backflip MX4 tonneau cover installed and removed the stickers from the sides of the bed. Just not a sticker guy.

Love the MX-4!

You’re gonna hate me…

I can’t believe you left the ford emblem black…

Also, the louver looking part in the middle would also look cool painted

I started the process of installing sound shield mat in my doors and installing the door block off panels from MTI Acoustics. Finished the 2 front doors. So far, it does seem to have made an improvement to the mid level bass notes. I’ll report back once I get the rear doors done.

I really considered it. The Ford emblem is impossible to paint cleanly alone. I thought about painting the grills but that material would be impossible to clean and i think the paint would crack from the base being that foam.

Looks good, did you go with the RC M1 struts?
