What's new

🛠️ What have you done to your F150 Tremor this week?

Nice find! but I am looking for something to keep stupid folks from accessing it when parked in the bad parts of town.
Access what? No one siphons fuel anymore. They just drill a hole in the tank. You can’t put much in the tank without using the special funnel. I guess a pissed of pimp could try and pee in your tank.

Man had to catch up on this thread. Good stuff. I put back my aftermarket rims and tires last week. Had to take them off due to a leaking shock. These rims and tires aren't fun to put on or take off compared to stock. Trying to put them on without the rotors scratching up the inside of the rim. This is where I was thinking I should have went 20". Anyway, I invested in this Redline Tire Dolly. It really helped.

Installed the Husky Rear Wheel Liners, easy 15 minute install that provides great protection and looks. IMO, I have had both the Ford and the Huskies. Huskies def cover more, are thicker and more durable. Plus the Huskies are playing in the NCAA National Championship tomorrow night! :- ).

Installed airlift bags. A tip for anybody doing it:
It is a major bitch to get the top two bolts on each bag to catch the threaded holes on the top frame mounted bracket as you have zero room to see the holes on the bags to center them with the holes in the top plate, with the spacer, with the holes in the top bracket all via feel.

If you assemble them on the ground and take a paint pen and mark each piece with a verticel line in one or two places then you can easily see where each part needs to be inorder for the bolts to drop in an catch the treades. Then disasemble and bolt into the brackets. Took me 5 minutes to get each bag bolted in and nobody will ever see the paint marks.

Anybody with the 401a package thought about getting rid of the chrome around the speedo and rpm gauge’s

Mind if I ask what brand that mounting plate is? That is a beautiful set up!
Here ya go!

Where did you get these? Have a putco up front; but might would do the back with this decal

Looks good!
Thanks. They're from etsy. Pretty good quality too. Easy to stretch and imprint though, more like a wrap material than a vinyl decal.

F107sx is the one I ordered - the one you can rotate.

I was curious if you have had the chance to do an oil change with this valve installed and how it was holding up. Just did my first oil change last week and prompted me to look into this exact valve. Any issues with the install?

I'm sure somebody will way in. I just ordered the one with the nipple so I could put tube/hose on it to the drain pan. If the plug is located in the same place as the Raptor I had, it is a mess changing the oil with plug location.

The orientation of the drain plug definitely sucks. Its horizontal and points to the passenger side. Not only did I have to hold my drain pan up to catch the flow so I didn't miss it, but it splashed on the sway bar a bit and then started to drip directly down below the drain hole because the flow was hitting the threads. I made a mess! Both my 98 Tacoma and 17 Ram Ecodiesel had the oil drain point directly down and made oil changes a breeze with no mess.

Sounds just like my last one. The AT4 it comes straight out the bottom and the filter is right next to it very nice, but that truck is going to the farm manger and I'm going back to Ford. I'm getting prepared this time when I do the first change I'll put the Funano oil plug in.

Progress ~ all afternoon working on the Tremor. Added the lighted cup holder, Media Bin Light and the glove box light. I also added the new HVAC Control Module with the digital temp displays. Still pissed at FORD for leaving these out! But I love the Tremor! All came out great and def worth the time. Only suggestion, take your time taking everything apart.

Looks great! Did these a couple of weeks ago and definitely worth the time.

Question: Did those orange accented cup holder liners and the other rubber liners come stock on you Tremor? I have a 22 and mine are just black. I dig that little extra color.
