Which Tremor is the best?

Fold flat would require different seats or a change in the settings to ours? I have to imagine a different seat ...

Fold flat by itself would just need the correct spring base in the bottom frame. Unfortunately it’s over $300 and not something I’m dying to do right now.

Best Tremor is the one each of us owns.

Yea you can pick the specs apart year to year between options, Covid supply, and downgrades but it’s still a great truck. Mines a 24’ 402A, lot of hate from folks on the front end but I like the new bumper And taillights a lot. I do like the older headlight style but having never driven with them myself, the 24’ reflectors are plenty bright. I was looking used for a long time having a headache finding the combo of options I wanted with the 22/23 models but most are standard on the 24 and it made things easier for me.

For my 2022 Tremor, which is loaded. I hate the transmission. It's been rebuilt two time and the transfer case the last time. The trans still make the clunking sounds. Ford really screwed up on the transmission.

He is talking about the temperature display in the dials. I added/upgraded quite a bit on my 2023 402A:
  • CHMSL camera (not that the image quality is worth it)
  • Lights in the cup holder, media bin, and both gloveboxes
  • Ultrasonic sensors in the overhead console for intrusion alarm
  • Glare free headlight settings
  • Digital temperature HVAC controls
  • Heated Raptor steering wheel with functional paddle shifters (mine was pre-wired)
I’d eventually like to add massage and fold flat to my seats. Not that I care as much but the work surface arm rest swap would be something I’d do if I came by the parts. I’d like to add the lock back to the spare tire release cover and swap the 7/4 pin out for the one for the trailer camera/TPMS one. I have issues I know.
I have not looked yet, but how did you know that it was prewired for the paddle shifters? I am curious now

You can do like I did and install and find out that way then order a harness. Or you can remove the covers on the steering column and look for wires in the connector that is on the right side of the column pins 5-7. The PIN numbers are on the connector.

Like deepblack stated, you'll have to peak behind the column shroud. The connector is on the right hand side and will look like this if you have it. The 5th, 6th, and 7th wires starting from the left side of the connector
