‘24 Orange Square Tow Hooks

Spring arrived here in R.I. close to 60 degrees which means the start of Mod Season! I am extremely happy to report that that HEAVY DUTY TREMOR Orange tow hooks do fit my 23' Tremor no "MOD" bumper needed! Tips on install, when taking off stock tow hooks take off front bolt ONLY and loosen the rear bolt but DO NOT TAKE OFF rear bolt otherwise your 45 minute job might turn into a few hours. (if you did and lost the nut end in the frame you will most like be dismantling some or all of the bumper). These hooks fit AWESOME and I was second guessing if I wanted to put the rubber molding back on as they fill up the space very nicely!. I did install the rubber molding but you have to definitely trim. (see pics shows front view and rear view of what was trimmed) and the fit great! Well hope this helps those waiting to def find out, but yes worth every penny. The difference in hooks is actually comical, as the stock ones seem like an old ring tab can opener to a PBR🍺. Have about 9 more mods to do from my winter purchases, Raptor take off wheels next and Fox SVT rear shocks.

So you would recommend just skipping the rubber boot? For looks or function reason?

Thats going to be determined by you on what you think looks better. Although it fills the space nicely, For looks, I like the BLACK surrounding it. I dont see any great benefits for functionality

Thanks for posting this! Just ordered mine from ford oem parts. They are on sale $169.20. Here’s the link should others want to snag a set!

I know You are gonna hate this. But do they come in BLACK ?

Unless they're wrong....which is fine by me!
$210 yikes! I’m just gonna look into powder coating the existing ones. I’m sure they will be much less $$$ as long as they can match the paint. Need to save for other mods.🤓

For anyone who bought a new truck - I signed up for the Ford Rewards deal, had some screwing around/needed to chat with Rewards customer service but in the end got like 40,000 points (?) which was enough to cover these hooks sans shipping.

Yep, that’s how I bought mine 👍

Got a set on the way. This place is costing me more $$$ than AR15.com!
Got a $100 cred from Ford in the mail and that sealed it...

Did mine today. Took very little time. Just don’t fully release the back bolts and you’re good to go.

13mm for the bash plate.
15mm for the hooks.

The rubber boot was getting annoying cutting so I just left them off.

Seriously I laughed when I picked them up. They were like weights.

Love the look.

Ok disregard there is some miscommunication going on then
Confirming these do come as a set of two (2) they just arrived today. They are still on sale for $169 for those who want to snag a pair.

Ha! Calbot beat me to the comparison pics...these square hooks are MUCH larger/heavier than the round ones.

I also find it interesting how in pics they look dayglo orange but in person, they seem to be more of a goldy colour....
