I saw a post from Granger Ford (that now I can't seem to find) that word from Ford is they are pulling in retail orders with special emphasis on 2021 Tremors that are not yet scheduled to get them completed. Fingers crossed!

If this document is the totality of the MY22 order sheet then there are 0 differences in options or packages from my quick look. The only adjustment would be colors and maybe some sheetmetal adjustments to memorialize MY shift.

I trimmed this to be Tremor specific, there was more to the overall doc for standard F150 stuff. I think I saw one item in there that mentioned Tremor but unsure if it was a change from 21.

Yes, it looks like those orders have a shot at getting scheduled and built as 2021s. I should know more information tomorrow. But from what I can see, it looks like Ford is trying to fulfill retail orders but not stock orders.

Honestly, I would obviously prefer a MY22 number (resale) and like Carbonized Gray better but I haven't heard of Ford prioritizing orders or being able to deliver any better just because the Calendar switched to 14th Nov.

And as an update, They just saw 8 trucks (looks like only 1 Tremor) scheduled so far, today.

So, I believe you can now order a 2022. If that’s the case, why can’t you go on Ford’s website and build and price a 2022? Just curious. Thought I might as well build one since mine being built as a 21 is probably a 50/50.

On 9/30 I called Granger in Iowa and build my exact truck (color change to Black as no LF for 22). They showed me the build, the invoice and it was less 3%. Smoking deal. They require $1000 non refundable deposit. I almost went forward but just minutes later, not joking, my current dealer that I'm buying just over invoice called me with a build date. Considering I really want the Leadfoot and there are no changes I did not think the $1-2K savings to wait 3-4 months was worth it.

I'd recommend calling them.

Mine actually change to "In Production" from "Order Confirmed". I should have posted the entire screen.

Yeah I think we originally had the same build week but when they got moved around a few weeks ago you got bumped ahead and I got bumped back. I think it has to do with the option packages.

I got everything except the moonroof, power tailgate, console workspace, and 2.2kW power.

Mine was 401 with moonroof, B&O, 360 Camera, Trailer Package, bed liner, and sliding rear window. I think they have prioritized the 402. Only thing I can come up with. Our trucks were confirmed the same day and are the same color. Makes sense they would be built in the same week, unless of course, the options package comes in to play. Just an observation. Doesn’t really matter other than I’m just not convinced mine will get built.

There was a delay with the spray in bed liner, so that could have been it. I had mine removed.

I tried that, but they said since I already had a VIN it was too late. I suspect the bed liner delay is due to trucking shortages. My dealer told me they are having a hard time getting stuff delivered due to this and I know they have to take trucks to a third party for the bed liner. Hindsight I wouldn’t have added the liner though because no doubt if it’s not delaying my build date it will almost certainly delay my delivery date.

Order confirmation some time in August. I received my VIN and build week on 16th Sept.
