Added this to the 402a delivery thread. Meant to post it here

Mine has shown in production since 11/5 so I contacted my dealer and they say there's a chip hold and it's due 12/1. Not sure if it's because of the BO stereo or not. Do you think the truck is built but just waiting for the chip? I had a spray in liner, do you think they could do this as it waits for the chip?

Mine popped as in production today but it's 8 days before the production day I was told by my dealer. It doesn't have a date on the tracker bar. Is this normal?

Yes. Mine went into production on 8/9, my blend was 8/18. Totally normal.
 
Ford is telling me my new delivery date is Nov 21st. After being delayed once im sure it will happen again

Yeah, it's really difficult to predict transport times accurately. We sometimes have vehicles arrive in as few as 7 days after leaving the factory, and sometimes they take 4 weeks (or in extreme cases up to 6). There's really no rhyme or reason. I think Ford takes the average in order to provide an ETA.

Oh snap, strikes may take place come Dec? I hope not. I was a good boy this year and want a Christmas 🎅🏻 miracle… my brand new Tremor parked in my garage. Plus I want to buy a bunch goodies for it, the sales are hitting my email inbox and I’m like I’ll take that and that and that and that…..

It’d be nice if I could just send one of my trucks up there to go pick up and deliver to the dealership lol

Hey Dhouse, these trucks held for speakers, I thought it was for microchips but could it be because of what’s happening with the b&o unleashed? Any idea if they would give us an option to remove that package?

Mine says microchip, but I also have the 18 speaker option... so it's still not clear
