FYI Fords website says $180 and $30 to install. So you're getting over charged.Just FYI, They install the liners at the dealership so you can add them after it gets to the dealer. They told me $250 installed. Jay (the parts guy) would handle that.

My truck arrived at Granger middle of the week last week per a phone call, must have been 2nd wave of 2022’s coming in. I still haven’t taken delivery of my truck, I live 10 miles basically from them. I’ve talked to Chip and they had 50 trucks come in, and everyone wants to pick there’s up ASAP so that’s no surprise. But it’s a process to get them ready, so I’m trying to patiently wait. We are suppose to get 6” of Snow here on Friday….Is it normal for Chip to take 2 or more days to respond to an email? While I was shopping he would respond right away. Now that I've placed my order and realized I forgot to add wheel well liners, I haven't gotten a response from my email asking to add it.
Chip mentioned that he is pricing out 70+ F150 orders a day. And he always seemed to rush me off the phone and emphasize that he's to busy for small questions and status updates. I get the guy is busy, but a customer is a customer right. Not an inconvenience.
I thought Zach was doing periodic updates with how many orders they have and how many build slots available to them. Haven't seen that in a while.
Anyone have anything to share about making a minor change to an order from Granger? And any updates on current volume vs allowable builds.
I was curious about the size of the dealership, wow they are small! Impressive that they can handle this level of volume. Must be putting in some long hours. My truck arrived at Granger middle of the week last week per a phone call, must have been 2nd wave of 2022’s coming in. Yes, Chip is very busy for anyone wanting a quote or ordering or even taking delivery.
The Dealership is not large so it will take them sometime at times for requests.
Yeah, there was a lot of construction going on when I was there. I imagine that lot is packed, nowI was curious about the size of the dealership, wow they are small! Impressive that they can handle this level of volume. Must be putting in some long hours.

Who's going to be the first one to grab a beer at the S&S Backyard Bar? The reviews say they have the best 'fajita-ritas' in the area!I was curious about the size of the dealership, wow they are small! Impressive that they can handle this level of volume. Must be putting in some long hours.

Thanks for the response.
I always get a little nervous when someone is super responsive before an order and then lags in response afterwards. Maybe he's just catching up from the weekend and could use a reminder like you said.
That's great, exactly how I'm hoping mine will go in a couple of weeks with Granger and my tremor.View attachment 1631. View attachment 1632
I purchased a Bronco from Granger last month and the entire experience was awesome. I love traveling so buying the vehicle out of state was the perfect excuse to get out of town for a few days. They called me about a week before the vehicle was ready for pickup so I could book my flight. We took care of all the loan/paperwork over the phone so when I arrived at the dealership all I had to do was sign. I flew into Des Moines late at night, walked to a nearby hotel, and Hunter (my sales rep) picked me up first thing in the morning. He gave me a quick tour of the vehicle and dealership. I was in and out of the dealership in less then a hour and on my way (900 miles) back home. Nothing better then a road trip in brand new vehicle!

No, it's actually at Granger. Just waiting for their finance people to call and complete the sale.Probably where mine is, did Ford tell you the snow storm had the delivery stopped?
Oh man congrats. At the same time that must be frustrating. They called to confirm it was there but also said they were delayed I'm guessing? No, it's actually at Granger. Just waiting for their finance people to call and complete the sale.
I called Ford on Wednesday to get an update and they confirmed that it had been delivered to Granger. I emailed Chip, he emailed back this morning saying that the truck (and 49 others) was there, but both of I guess their two financing people are away from the office today. He thought that I would get a call tomorrow or Monday at the latest to start the paperwork/payment process.Oh man congrats. At the same time that must be frustrating. Keep hearing positive things about this team.I picked up my Tremor from Grainger on Monday. This was the smoothest new car purchase I've ever had. Grainger really has this "remote sales" process down correctly. We did most of the paperwork via emails, and a few phone calls. Everything was ready when I arrived.
Chip picked me and my wife up at the Airport, we signed a couple of papers and were out of the dealership in an hour.
My drive home was 1200 miles and the truck was perfect.
Thanks again Chip, Zack, Cassie and the rest of the Grainger Team!!!![]()
