DEAL 3% Under Invoice on any F-150 Tremor Order

I picked up my Tremor from Grainger on Monday. This was the smoothest new car purchase I've ever had. Grainger really has this "remote sales" process down correctly. We did most of the paperwork via emails, and a few phone calls. Everything was ready when I arrived.
Chip picked me and my wife up at the Airport, we signed a couple of papers and were out of the dealership in an hour.

My drive home was 1200 miles and the truck was perfect.

Yeah I think that's a great touch, I was already planning on an uber until I saw they pick you up.

What was your build date? Mine was finished last week of December.
 
My order was placed this morning, so the wait begins! Ordered a 402A Oxford White. I was also told I'd also be able to include the $3k PCO on top of the savings they're already offering, so I'm stoked about that.

I'm going to call this afternoon and ask for a brochure and see if they send me one, even though I already ordered.

Well, I'll save you the trouble. I called and asked for more info on the Tremor and she sent me to the website to download the brochure.

Sorry I've been MIA and out sick. Yes, we are still offering this.
Is it normal for Chip to take 2 or more days to respond to an email? While I was shopping he would respond right away. Now that I've placed my order and realized I forgot to add wheel well liners, I haven't gotten a response from my email asking to add it.

Chip mentioned that he is pricing out 70+ F150 orders a day. And he always seemed to rush me off the phone and emphasize that he's to busy for small questions and status updates. I get the guy is busy, but a customer is a customer right. Not an inconvenience.

I thought Zach was doing periodic updates with how many orders they have and how many build slots available to them. Haven't seen that in a while.

Anyone have anything to share about making a minor change to an order from Granger? And any updates on current volume vs allowable builds.
Sorry, We've been lacking in follow up. Over the last couple of weeks we've had people out sick and haven't been able to catch up. It should take us less than 24 hours (outside of weekends).
 
Curious the general wait time after placing order with Granger to receiving truck? I’ve seen 2-5 months but curious if there is a general timeframe to expect.

Granger was 100x more responsive than the “volume dealer” 3 miles from me; they also laughed when I asked if they would match 3% off.
It depends a lot on the trim. Lariat and below 90 days, platinum and king ranch are taking longer.

I've been out of the office. I think we've called everyone who's trucks have shown up at this point now.
 
How are y'all submitting orders to Granger? They asked me to use the build config on the Ford website and then send them the hyperlink, yet each time I get to the end and c/p the link, it just sends me back to the build page at the beginning before picking any options. Tried multiple browsers incase it was some privacy setting or cookie issue, but to no avail. I tried c/p the link before completing the custom order where you send it to a local dealer, and after that process, still same issue.
 
I just printed to PDF of the summary page and emailed over the build. Had all options / adds etc

Just give them a call and let them know. When I called to place my order, Chip just had me read all my options to him as he plugged it in, then emailed me the build sheet to review before placing the order. If you have all your options picked out already it won't take more than 2 minutes.
