DEAL 3% Under Invoice on any F-150 Tremor Order

Yeah,

Currently we have around 150 trucks with VINS that have yet to be delivered. They are all in some state of production, waiting to be produced, in-transit, or recently delivered. We have a remaining allocation from last month that has yet to be filled of 25 orders. We have around 120 orders in the system waiting for a VIN to be assigned. If we would've received the normal allocation this month, we should have been able to fill all of those, now those are rolled over into next month's allocation slot if they don't take one of the 25 remaining spots.

From reports I've heard Ford is not filling their entire COVP with F-150 retail orders like they are on Super Duty. So there isn't a huge backlog of F-150 orders sitting there. That means the biggest hurdle to get a VIN is if the commodities are available. We have had a hard time getting Platinum and King Ranch orders scheduled and have had little to no issue getting Tremor, Lariat and lower trims built. So the issues you may be seeing with really extended lead times tend to be Platinums and King Ranch orders.

I'd imagine we'd have almost all of our orders scheduled with our stock allocation and COVP allocation next month once the new allocation rolls out. That being said, there are going to be ebbs and flows with chip holds throughout this entire year I believe. I don't think we'll be out of this supply shortage until 2023 at the earliest.
Thanks for the update @zach@granger So I guess I am one of the not-yet-filled 25. Realistically, my delivery could be out to the June/July timeframe?

I think our orders are "semi" close to each other's, I'd expect you to get the good news first and mine follow a week or so after (wishful thinking 🤣) curious to see the reply.

I think we are part of the 120 ordered without VINs, "competing" for the 25 allocation spots that may/may not get rolled over into the new pool of allocations they'll get in the new month. (I got confused on new month being Jan? Feb? Mar? )

As ford closes lines/cuts vehicles/trims - every article that comes out I just HOPE it doesn't say the Tremor is one of the casualties 😑

Went from hoping to get this before the newborn to hoping it comes while I'm out on parental leave 🤣

Congrats on the newborn. Your first? Baby was part of my catalyst to upgrade from the Tacoma (plus two large dogs).

What date did you order?

Thanks 👏 this is #2, I'm going in the wrong direction but have my reasons 🤣. We also have a Bernese mountain dog, thick boy for sure.

My Granger order is 1/12 - I can't believe I dragged my feet for so long on switching to them 🤦🏻‍♂️

Haha, other dealers getting jelly.

I tried to follow As best as I could, but can you say what your best estimate (for now) is for a Jan 31st confirmed order? Thanks!

anybody financed through Granger? what APR you were able to get?
2.49% for 72 months, don't think you'll get below that unless you use USAA or go to 48 maybe 60 months.

There was a technicality on my app so the lender is trying to charge me 3.49% with an 800+ credit score and 6 figure income.... Granger is fighting it but if not I'll just use capitalone or something like that. They are all around 2.4% right now for a 72 month term, 1.49% for 36-48 months. Current rates are a little higher than a few months ago.

Make sure you read your paperwork because the lender just slipped that in there on me and I caught it....

We should get that resolved. If it isn't, please contact me.

what you guys think about auto start-stop, wouldn't it be useful to keep it for city driving and mpg savings? i ask it cause seems like most of you requested to delete it in build orders

I personally don't think it saves you much MPG, and it causes more problems than it's worth. It also speeds up your build by deleting it, supposedly. As far as just personal choice, I don't like the way it feels either.

The savings are minimal and would be offset by accelerated wear and tear.

Hi all, been lurking for a couple weeks so I decided to sign up. I got confirmation on 402A with TT package on February 1. Order placed through Phil Long Ford in Colorado. Are we thinking there is a chance such an order will be delivered this summer?

There's always a chance, can't make sense of how Ford picks and chooses. Is it likely? Your guess is as good as anyone else's, unfortunately...
