402A Deliveries?

Still no 720 chips. I think mine has not been touched since it came off the line on 09 Aug. Fuck Ford! I have found simular builds with blend dates after mine on dealers lots. WTF. I may be in a AT4 soon, if it ever shows up! lol. GM is sucking too.
What are these 720 chips?

I found out I was in MO yesterday, and that was the first time I had heard I was on rail. Chat originally said to the dealer by the 11th. I will wait and see if Chip calls tomorrow and finally know it has landed.

Me too. Just checked ordertrack and it said delivered. Ford tracker shows in final prep at Granger.
Congrats!! I picked up last week. It was a smooth process generally, no hiccups except I'd recommend you run your hand along the top surfaces prior to pickup just to see how clean the paint is. I picked up on an overcast day and it did me no favors.

After getting mine home I had to claybar and polish the truck pretty seriously. I sat on chip hold for 2 months and the fresh paint must have been exposed to sub-optimal open environment, as the paint and glass had/has stubborn water spots w/ the top facing painted panels contaminated with fallout. I spent hours washing + clay bar + polishing just to get the paint where I was content. It's not perfect on the roof, but I just can't justify more effort to get that last 10%. I still have to find a solution for the glass water spots which have resisted everything thrown at them so far.

Talked to the Granger customer service rep (Mindi or Mandy I think..?) who called to check on customer satisfaction the next day, I was transparent and said everything was good besides the water spots and fallout on the paint. She said she would share to management and get back to me, but it's been 3 days now and no word. The fact that the vehicle had correctable flaws and those weren't addressed before I flew in (and was a stuck pig) chap my hide a bit.

No update for mine been since September 24th.. the concerns went from removed on OCT 5th back to suspect today.. Waiting on a phone call myself. I thought a director was coming up to the office today but there meeting was a call in today. I was going to had him my VIN and ask him to help. o_O

Shadow, do you have a link to access that chat? I think my daily request to Granger is probably wearing them thin! 😂😳

Thank you @ShadowFox Looks like I’m being unloaded from rail in Kansas City, MO

Guessing they truck haul it from there to Granger. Getting closer!

Can't remember when I updated fella's but truck made it to Chi town on 10/10. Found a chat from an F150 forum that said it can sit at the rail yard for days.......and that if you have a truck sitting there you should call your sales manager and tell them to call their ford rep and have them "hot ship" the truck. So I called the dealer today and he said he would call the rep and tell them to do this. (whether he did I don't know) But something to think about if you want to call Granger and see if the sales manager can rush the shipment. My dealer told me that he thought Chicago was ahead of the game because he had a truck show up yesterday that was scheduled for 10/15....but who knows lol.

For those waiting on Granger vehicles. They about half a dozen trucks of vehicles yesterday.
They said about 1.5 weeks for PDI. Seems like they are working full tilt like others have mentioned. I am really hoping to pick mine up next week.

Damn that’s some volume of backlog. Makes me cringe think about it from a work standpoint.

Yeah, I run Ops at my job. Definitely feel their pain. It's busy, but a good busy.
As antsy as I am, I am trusting them to process everything efficiently and quickly while maintaining the service lever they are known for. At this point I'll sit back for a couple of days and let them reach out to me when they get to my truck.
