I get the title of GM and my own backlog makes me feel for them. Lots of long days on the phone with suppliers and customers. Scheduling process is a nightmare. That’s why I’m pretty laid back about the time this has taken. (Whiskey and bourbon help, too)Yeah, I run Ops at my job. Definitely feel their pain. It's busy, but a good busy.
As antsy as I am, I am trusting them to process everything efficiently and quickly while maintaining the service lever they are known for. At this point I'll sit back for a couple of days and let them reach out to me when they get to my truck.
