402A Deliveries?

Mine was on chip hold and fully finished the same day as yours. I know so many of us have gone through the hurry the hell up and wait with our trucks, but what in the actual F is a fully built truck sitting around waiting to be ship for over 18 days, and if Ford chat is actually correct, the truck will have sat fully built for 2-3rds of a month.

It baffles me how they schedule the shipping. I've seen trucks go from built to shipped within hours and others seem to sit waiting for a shipping method (either convoy or rail). I hope yours ships soon.

I was the same. I went from "In production" to "Built" to "Shipped" in one day. (Still don't have a Shipped date even though it is at Granger) Then it was a mystery where it was. My window says convoy, but that must be the last leg, because I went rail to KC then up to Granger.

When was your blend? Just curious because my truck decided it needed to take a nap in Detroit before deciding to leave for the east coast!

I use to work for Dave Bozeman a couple levels down and I may reach out to him. Jumped on Ford chat this morning since I needed a dose of Ford B.S. since I am going the blow through the 10-16 Oct ETA for chip hold release. The new fantasy date for release is 20 Oct. lol. They did give me a new phone number for the New Vehicle Support Team. 1-800-334-4375. Anyone have any luck with that number or is same story as the regular Ford number? I will try it Monday since it is a M-F line only.

Yeah kind of makes me sick... But I'll be fine. Ford chat said today est delivery 10/23. I think I'll swing in to the dealership tomorrow while going through and see if they really got through to the district rep. Crazy! But hey I'm excited that you'res is getting so close buddy!!

So my truck was supposed to be shipped 10-13 to 10-16 according to Ford Chat ( 2nd time I've gotten a eta date) So contacted Ford chat today, and was told that October 20th is the new date, and they gave me the same number for New vehicle support. Gave them a ring, and they informed me that the 20th is the ETA for delivery, but it still hasn't shipped. So I asked what's the normal time like of rail once shipped (Im in Minnesnowta roughly a 10 hr drive to Dearborn) They informed me it 10-28 business days. So there is a good possibility that I will not receive my truck even in November. Its crazy to think that a fully built vehicle could potentially take over 2 months. I know Fords not the only manufacture having issues, but GD your job is to make as many vehicles as possible and get them to the people who did custom orders and your dealership.. If I was that bad at my job as Ford has been at that I definitely would have been looking for a new job long ago.
