402A Deliveries?

So my truck was supposed to be shipped 10-13 to 10-16 according to Ford Chat ( 2nd time I've gotten a eta date) So contacted Ford chat today, and was told that October 20th is the new date, and they gave me the same number for New vehicle support. Gave them a ring, and they informed me that the 20th is the ETA for delivery, but it still hasn't shipped. So I asked what's the normal time like of rail once shipped (Im in Minnesnowta roughly a 10 hr drive to Dearborn) They informed me it 10-28 business days. So there is a good possibility that I will not receive my truck even in November. Its crazy to think that a fully built vehicle could potentially take over 2 months. I know Fords not the only manufacture having issues, but GD your job is to make as many vehicles as possible and get them to the people who did custom orders and your dealership.. If I was that bad at my job as Ford has been at that I definitely would have been looking for a new job long ago.

well i work for them and trust me your correct if you don't do a good job at the union level. its your butt!
 
I received the 20 OCT date also. Which the New Vehicle Support Team phone line admitted will not happen. I do not mind waiting my turn. Ford has no systems in place to offer customers "First Come-First Served" priority on retail orders. There are identical Tremors on dealers lot that were build over a month after mine came off the line 09 Aug!

Like all of you i am in the same boat waiting (ordered on 2/6, 2022 402a) Truck is still not delievered and i am now out of my locked interest rate from a month ago. Fed is going to raise rates another .75% in beginning of November.

Cant express how dissapointed i am in this truck buying process, literally every day Ford delays the price of our trucks goes up. I guess America has just completely gone to shit.

Mine's been sitting in the rail yard in Chicago since 10/10, i'm In Waukesha area. The truck has been about two hours from my house for a week. Dealer said today he thinks it will get here this week.. Redic!!

Mine just got to the final rail yard yesterday. ETA to dealer: 10/11-10/17. Not sure if it actually got delivered.
 
Anyone with recent deliveries/builds get the “cheap & plain black badge” in place of the Tremor vented side badge?

Gees that crazy, Ford chat told me last night ETA to dealer is 10/23 but really hoping that isn't the case. That would mean 13 days at the rail yard...good grief. I'm excited yours is supposedly at the rail yard!!!!!!

Can anyone track my VIN? I‘m in Germany waiting on my 402A. There is no vintrack app in the app store over here and the dealer provides very little information. Last update was 09/20 saying the truck „is now built“... Dealer wanted to give me further information as soon as the truck hits the habour in Baltimore but haven‘t heared from him since.

I can prolly. Mine pushed to the 23. I’m sure everyone has been moved 3 more days
