402A Deliveries?

Awesome that's some good news to wake up to! Take some pics when it arrives. Did you happen to get the Unleashed sound system?
I got black, 402a, work surface inside and tailgate, no roof, no spray in, no BO audio, no torsen

What's quicker convoy (which is on window sticker) or rail? Got the "shipped and on the way" email this morning. Estimated delivery between Dec 21-27 has the emailed dates been spot on for everyone ? (Live in Central FL)

I did finally decide to reach out to my dealer this morning to have them check on my truck. My blend date was 11/29, and the tracker still shows 'in production'. I am hoping that system just hasn't updated since there are other trucks with 11/29 blend dates (with almost exactly the same build) that have been released to ship. I'll update this thread when I hear back from my dealer.

Just got asked if I wouldn't mind not having Ford Co-Pilot 360 Active 2.0 on the vehicle. Apparently chip shortages are back.

How much are they offering to delete it? Probably like 14$

I’m curious what the offer is on deleting it? I feel insulted for only getting $140 delete credit for the heated steering wheel.

Don't know, I asked and he was looking into it

Likely just delete of the package/cost and no additional credit.

There were rumors through the latter half of the MY22 run that we'd be forced to delete Co-Pilot Active, and even dealers saying it was required at one point, but never actually happened.

My dealer just confirmed that my truck is on chip hold - it didn't say for any specific option.

402A with B&O and under seat storage as the only options.

UPDATE: My dealer just got a '23 Avalanche with every option except for the Active assist 2.0, so I am buying that instead.

Twin Panel, all weather mats, work surface, trailer tow, B&O, rear storage, Torsen, bed utility. I'm picking it up on Wednesday!!

Good for you. Awesome to hear Ford has loaded ‘23’s on the lot before my ‘22 402 gets shipped.

Score!!! That sure beats checking trackers everyday in disappointment and waiting months until the truck actually gets to you.

I am assuming its because of the Unleashed speaker system which I got, so it looks like I will be waiting with the rest of the people that waited 6+ months. Whatever, more down payment it is then!

Your situation sucks - it just does. But Ford doesn't seem to have a good way to go back and complete trucks that were previously held.

It appears that when they run out of commodity A, they complete trucks with everything but commodity A. Then when they get more of commodity A, they put it into the trucks running down the line. It's only when there's a surplus of commodity A that they go back and complete the trucks that are on hold.

Last year Ford delivered their final '21 Raptor six months after delivering the first '22. Ouch!

I'm guessing that's the case. But then again, the truck I'm picking up tomorrow has B&O Unleashed.

That probably goes to what I posted just a minute ago (see above).

I have the B&O and was on hold for about 40 days, finally shipped on 12/1/22. Just hang tight, they are actually shipping them.
