Ouch, sorry to hear.Shipped to storage because of a shortage
Well thats good news. FIngers crossed for you.Today it went from sent offsite to released/awaiting shipment. Strange
The email should have a link in it where you can click the “track my order” button that will bring it to the Domino’s Pizza type tracking appOnce you get scheduled for production, Ford sends you an email with the VIN. At the bottom is a link that goes to the vehicle order tracking page (it requires the order number and VIN). That's what has the timeline with the dates and bubbles.
I emailed the salesman from Ford that I dealt with. He sent it to me once he got it, along with the build code and the link to enter it. It’s the least he can do considering the prices of these things.Random question - how are folks tracking their status? I placed and order with a dealer a week ago, got an email from Ford confirming, but it looks nothing like the screenshots folks are sharing with dates etc.
In production 1 week early!Oooo baby! I can smell the new car smell already.
*Update*In production 1 week early!
Still can’t access the window sticker though.
Curious if your truck came from the MI or MO plant? I ordered a Carbonized Gray 402a on 3/27 and am driving out to Granger Ford in IA to pick it up next week. Nervous about all of the rust issues I have been seeing on the new trucks. The rusted ones seem to be coming out of the assembly plant in Dearborn, MI, which is where mine came from.Ordered mine on Sept. 19, 2022 and it arrived on April 15, 2023. 402A Carbonized Gray, no rust.
Curious how you got the app to show location? When I went to add my new VIN and activate, it wants me to actually be in the truck. Ugh…been waitin since Aug’22, I wanna be in my new truck too!!Yesterday my FordPass app told me my truck was in Tampa, about 45 minutes from my dealer. I thought it was an error as that’s 3 weeks ahead of scheduled delivery window. Tracker still shows Shipped but Final Prep not complete. Window sticker hasn’t updated since Feb and completely disappeared for a few weeks.
Contacted the dealer who said they only saw what was on the tracker, contacted Ford chat who said that the vehicle only showed “Ready for Transit.” But she gave me the link to the tracker and said “It would be very helpful” (God bless her…just doing her job)
My dealer said if it’s true it’s in Tampa they’ll get notice today or tomorrow at the latest.
So I post all this to say that using your app to check in on your truck can be helpful, but as many others have said there’s no rhyme or reason to the trackers and often the dealer doesn’t even know what’s going on.
I thought Tremors were only assembled in Dearborn.Curious if your truck came from the MI or MO plant? Looks like we're build buddies?*Update*
Marked as “built”
It went into production early and finished yesterday. So in total it took 7 business days to build a 402a.
Now for shipping….
Right on. Still waiting to be shipped. It’s coming by rail and hopefully soon, my jeep needs work and I don’t want to put any more money into it.Looks like we're build buddies?
Ordered mine back in March, then just about forgot I ordered it when we went in to buy the lady a slightly used Explorer.
Hoping it'll get delivered when they estimate at minimum. The excitement has grown strong, almost wish I had kept forgetting about it!!
What did you wind up with? Your tremor still stuck at the ramp I take.it?Well I gave up waiting. Picking up my new ride tomorrow, it’s not a Tremmor but I think I’ll like it. Best of luck for all those who are waiting.
