Anyone explored replacement leaf springs?

I think you answered your own question. Why not give Alcan a call? Because I don’t want to pay $2K for rusty leaf springs, for a truck that doesn’t even sit level side to side.
I also assume they have to see the truck before making the springs? Or how would they know exactly what springs to build since we all have a different setup, including front lift etc. If that’s the case then traveling to Colorado twice can be a problem for a lot of us.
No. I really didn't. The leaf springs are great. It's just the nuts they use and that's it. And nothing is perfect in any system and I know they'd address the issue if I gave enough shit to call them and discuss. But you keep hacking your sh*t together instead of doing it right. By all means, it's your truck. But I love them and they were worth every penny. Especially over the Icon garbage out there that is a band aid...at best. Alcan literally specializes in leaf spring builds. Sorry you're too cheap. Cheers and good luck getting results you need.
