Final update: truck has been working great since the door lock switch was replaced. I gave it over a week to ensure it was the problem and that it was properly fixed before contacting the first dealer regarding a refund of the diagnostic fee. I'm happy to say the diagnostic fee was refunded and the service manager agreed that his tech did not do his job properly. It was one of the easiest refunds I've ever asked for.
On another note, thanks to those that mentioned having the Ford ESP. I was mistaken when I said Ford ESP is not available in Florida. We just are not able to purchase from vendors outside the state for some bs reason. I was able to get one for 75k miles (in addition to my current mileage) and 4 years. I appreciate everyone's input on that!
Obligatory pic of it being used without hesitation. Death Valley - Mahogany Flats. 8300 feet, 3 miles of dirt and rocks to get up, which she did flawlessly.
