You bet, so what I did was loosen the nut on the backside of the bumper and kinda pop it through so that I could get my flatbar in there.
On the flatbar, I drilled my hole and then used a zip cut to open the end of the flat bar to the hole so that I could just slide it in rather than have to completely remove the nut and put the flatbar over.
However, I used 2 different pieces of flatbar over what
@captain lead foot did because I only mounted 2 lights on either side of center
