I had a wheel bearing under warranty about 25000. It does idle rough sometimes has almost 62000

Try cleaning the sensor on the back of the intake. It’s right on top and they tend to get oily. Sensor cleaner works wonders. My ‘19 Raptor was doing the same thing at about 60k.

Clean with what?

There are several sensors on the intake. One ahead of the throttle body, one just after the throttle body and one on the back of the intake (top). The back one is the one that usually will get oily over time. They’re basically MAP Sensors.
