We have multiple calls and emails out to Elka regarding this. These are not faulty, Elka had miss measurements and that is why the warranty emails went out to customers who bought directly from us, because we had record of it. Elka is the one who has to deal with this to get you replacements, because it is under their warranty. Please send me a message or send us an email at
